I wish I could give Luckyland a better rating but I've been trying to redeem winnings for a long time now. Since I signed up with my Facebook account it had my old yahoo email account attached to it which I haven't been in my yahoo email account in years so it's deactivated and unable to retrieve/reactivate as its been deleted. Anyhow I asked them multiple times to update my email address to my current Gmail and everything they've asked for verification I've given them. I send it to them and they respond asking for the same Information again which takes them a long time to respond back and usually it's someone different. Now they just do not respond at all. I literally have just over 1600.00sc just sitting there because they won't simply update my email even though I've given them what they've asked for time and again. Now they have just ignored me and have not responded back. If anyone is reading this from Luckyland slots that can help me effectively please do so and preferably the same person from start to finish if possible. I have everything you need to verify.
