I’ll rate it 3 stars because it took me repeated attempts to get my three cash outs that were pending review for 10 days but I finally did receive my payouts to my PayPal but one that was no longer open how they do it is what ever email you use when u sign up is the PayPal account they assume you have and that is attached to that email but when I checked I signed up on the app with one Gmail account according to my welcome confirmation but somehow I did get emails to my main Gmail from them as well anyways luckily I was able to use my email to open a new PayPal account with that email again only issue is get ready for all of PayPal’s new and improved security measures so with new accounts I’m seeing when u get money they even want to verify it for suspicious activity like all a sudden it’s in my best interest and to protect me from receiving money lol oh no please don’t give me money I don’t know where that came from shoot….. anyways this is not a PayPal review sorry got off topic but just so u know that’s a little head ache I had but as far as the app I did get paid I did win but the game is rigged based on how much u pay in and how much you play expect with these types of games take always what you win over what you deposit especially after a few good wins or if u do hit a big one take it it will only drain you they however will go up and down just know that after about three sometimes four come backs your done either cash out or loose it all of these games like this I play and all follow the same pattern give or take a couple odd ball wins losses I’ve had also don’t expect to win your first deposit especially if low like u take the deal that’s 5 or 4 dollars but u get more than what u pay for like I said sometimes I’ve had odd ball things happen and luck out but always assume they will take you the first time but I’ve always came up the next buy in also what I’ve noticed and what I do is after I win some I change the bet down low and spin until the game comes back on the upswing you will always notice a pattern these games take in so much before the come back in your favor also I’ve noticed that wether u bet 5$ or 50 cents or even less the game is going to take the same usually before it comes back in your favor example let’s say comes back after taking 10$ from me usually even if I bet 10 cents or whatever denominations of bet it usually takes that same amount no matter what just how long do u want to play before u come back is usually my experience so I’ll even if they are loosing spins will thump out some 5$ spins and walk it down 3 2 1 and then do .50 cent bets and usually hit and come back or better just some advice or things u can try and now for my other half of why a three star review of this game on June 3rd 2024 I had been playing and loaded money several times like 4 or 5 and then wasn’t till the next day I decided to play again and upon opening the app like always this time I had to log in and was like ok what the hell but I do it and it says user doesn’t exist and suggested to register an account but my phone has everything password saved in my phone for every app but after a few failed attempts I go ahead and register a new account with my previous saved password for the app and when it finally opened the game is totally new all the games I’ve been playing are gone in there place there are similarities to the old games but seem like knock offs and bootlegs the layout of the app all way different and no sc only coins no options to buy anything but gold coins also no way to contact customer service no redemption button and a lot of the things are gone like the squirrel guy and all the bonus stuff what pisses me off is my vip level was high and now I can’t play with or for real money and like when the game was the way I remembered it less than 24hrs prior I’m still waiting for a reply from the developer team or whatever and I had to actually go to the App Store and email them because there is no way within the app now it’s weird and this has only happened to me one other time on another app I don’t know what happened but it’s like they deleted the old game from me and updated me to this newer version I never checked my app permissions for this game or app so they very well have those capabilities but I got on a friends iPhone that has never played nor does play these games and when in the App Store goes right to it and is the same version I have now so maybe they running I don’t know but except for the payout taking me multiple times contacting them and this new app change I’ve liked it just seems odd tho after I finally got my money I play and deposit a few times then this all happens is it a scam in theory no but depends on how u look at it all these games are made and just like the casino to profit the house is never going to payout more than what they take they have no risk like we do unless they get hacked or jacked expect depending on the game but on this tier which I place on the cusp of scam/pay fence 65%take 35%pay

So I won off of my initial $35 chip that was a no deposit I played through the $1,050 playthrough I needed to and went to redeem the hundred the verification $10 deposit and they said that it takes 7 days to verify my Bitcoin address before they can process it I have never seen a wait time that long but I'm hopeful that it comes soon with no issues.

After winning like $200.00 and completed my KYC verification can’t still redeem my money. I requested and sent them a few emails and no response. I’ve been playing LuckyLegends for about 3 weeks . I’ve withdrawn over $8,000 over about 45 transactions . They have all gone to my PayPal account and they typically take 3 days.

This is the first online casino I have ever played. I downloaded the app because I was bored and had seen it advertised a bunch while playing a non cash app.

LuckyLegends takes my deposits through Apple Pay (I can link a credit card or my debit card to my Apple Pay). And they pay out to my PayPal account.

I was worried and skeptical at first so started with a first time bonus deposit of $7. I haven’t been unhappy at all. I had an issue with it not allowing me to buy SC one night. it kept saying “purchase failed “ I used my CC first then tried my debit card (through Apple Pay) but both times it said “ purchase failed” and when I called my CC company and then my bank they both said no transaction came through. So I sent a message to LuckyLegends customer service support.

While I was waiting to hear back I downloaded a different online casino app called YeaMaster Slots ..I played that for an hour and accumulated $980 off a $19.99 deposit. However when I tried to withdraw it to my PayPal; it took me to a screen asking for my hyper email and gave me 60 seconds to enter the code they would send to my email to bind my PayPal account so I could withdraw. After 10 attempts to get their email before the 60sec was up I sent them an email (their only contact ) with all the relevant info and waited to hear back .

By then LuckyLegends support had gotten back to me and they asked me to try the transaction again and it worked . This was all over the course of an hour and a half.

Customer service from YeaMaster Slots never emailed me back at all.

I recommend LuckyLegends Casino . I think the slots are fair and above all I feel comfortable knowing I will get paid in a timely manner, I feel safe because my information is encrypted on my end by Apple and PayPal ..as well as insured by me CC and my bank. The slots pay out with a reasonable RTP and when you are on the site they have popops of which slots happen to be hitting at that time . I thought those popops must be a lure - but I started going to them when my tried and true machines weren’t performing as well as they had been . And turns out every time I went to the machine they recommended I would hit a handful of big wins.

Continued to collect my money and no band notice, but then again I didn’t win anything to submit. It wasn’t until later that I realized this was all the same company.

I have sent over five emails requesting an explanation or an update. Nothing I guess it wouldn’t be a huge reimbursement/refund of $100 but to me that is a lot.

They steal your money in hopes you dont notice. I have noticed when playing that my balance seems to dramatically drop when im only betting small amounts. Well i finaly got it in recording how with one bet your total amount of funds you have drops by half and the reels just start moving.
This one i got on film clearly shows how i had 1.23 make a .10 bet but yet my total drops to .65. Then when i try and contact customer support they send me a link that says to send screen shots to and it is a link to the tv app peacock.
