Horrible these people kept giving me the run around would not pay me but had no problem taking my money, well my bank Chase was all over it, got me all my money back from these scammers hahaha so you people didn't get nothing off me. Please if anyone reads this don't make the same mistake That alot of us did, I won supposedly a 1000$, won an additional 454$ kept repeatedly asking me for pictures of my debit card and birth certificate and Id I'm pretty sure they stole my information but I already took care of everything with equifax and my bank letting them know the details and if further investigations will be necessary because fraud is highly illegal and these people overseas or not are not above the law.

This site is decent. They always have a bunch of promotions. I've won a couple times and cashed out successfully. The only con is the long wait time. 7-10 business days for approval, then an additional 7-10 days to complete the transfer from what I remember. Customer support has always been helpful and friendly.

Run! If you want to withdraw your winnings this is NOT the site you want. For some strange reason they will cancel your withdrawal in less than 24 hours, WITHOUT communication as to why it was canceled. You have to reach out to them, and get the runaround. When you finally get everything they ask for, which no other online casino does, they take at least a month to send your withdrawal. I have a VERY difficult time EVERY time. Run!!! Don't even play with them! Everyone else will get your money in less than 24 hours, with no runaround. Every other casino verifies you one time, not 1000 times. My experience with Lucky Legends has been HORRIBLE every time.

Currently Im waiting on a $200 withdrawl from a win 8 days ago. All my paperwork is in, my kyc is verified and all thats been done for 8 days. W/d via BTC. I have made sure not to play anything while waiting for approval. Followed every rule to a tee.
I really like the Casino, the games are great, the slots win and the fast responses from customer service are awesome. All I need now is to see for sure that they do pay out. I'll come back here and update to let you all know how it goes.

Update! They paid out! It took like 2 weeks but they paid me out the $200. Hopefully next withdrawl will be faster now that KYC is all done.

So far I'm on the 12th business day of withdrawal approval. Which is suppose to be 7-10 days. I did a bitcoin deposit and withdrawal, so I could get my Withdrawal faster. And not have to do all the extra verification as the bank route. It's also not a big amount either.

The positives are the games are fun, bonuses good (as long as you understand the rules) and you can always reach somebody in support.

The cons? Long waits for withdrawals and they miss their own timelines, i.e. they imply it's 7-10 days for your withdrawal but you always have to come back on the 10th day and have it be escalated and then wait 3-4 more days and once its "resolved" its 7-10 days to pay out.

Update #2- Five months have passed and I am finally on my last payout of $8400.00 from Slots Garden. You wanna wait five months to get your payout? No? Then don’t play the Inclave casinos, because that’s exactly what they did to me! I will say my VIP Host tried his best. Unfortunately, I believe their jobs are just to listen to all the complaints. He escalated so many times for me, to no avail. The 3rd party payment center (whomever that is) will pay when they decide the time is right. Trust me 7 to 10 days is a bunch of poo! I won this on September of 2025 and last payment should be this Wednesday the 24th = 5 months. UPDATE: won $8400.00 on Slotsgarden, $1000.00 on Sunrise and $1500.00 on LuckyLegends on 09/27/2025. I just got the 1,000 and 1500.00 last week. Slotsgarden still owes me 5900.00. They split the withdrawals down into Smaller increments and holding out paying. $1250.00 of it was was approved on 10/18 and I haven’t received it yet. Almost 8 weeks and still waiting for my funds.

I requested a withdrawal for $1000 on 10/04/26.via Coindraw. I was due to receive the funds on 10/11. I didn’t receive it, so I signed into my account today and the $1000.00 was magically out of the withdrawal status and back onto my playing account. Lucky Legends (and Sunrise) decided on 10/09 to downgrade my VIP Status and make me no longer eligible for the fastest withdrawal of Coindraw. Therefore, I’m required to wait another 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for approval and then another 7 to 10 days for my funds to be deposited.

Coindraw was an option when I requested the withdrawal, but the casino decided I hadn’t deposited enough lately to earn the privilege of retaining the fastest withdrawal option (even after it was offered when I requested a refund.) Interestingly enough, they will not allow you to deposit or claim free spins while you have a pending withdrawal, so you get penalized for not depositing or playing even when the casino won’t allow play. The only thing that makes sense is this is just a stall tactic to keep from paying out the funds in a timely manner. As soon as I receive my funds (if ever) I will close my account permanently.

This site is a complete scam. Made a deposit went through the play through amount, and requested my withdrawal. They make up excuses why they won’t send the money.

First time user. Made a deposit for the 200x bonus match, "no strings". Advertised as no withdrawal restrictions and no playthrough. That was not the case, the playthrough was the bonus amount, and a minimum of $100 to withdraw. Support directly lied to me about this before I made my deposit. The funds were never pulled from my account so I requested the deposit be cancelled. My account was then closed, no explanation besides them stating its been closed and chats ended. Now they won't communicate with me at all, instead when they "review" my account, I get the same account closure message and chat ended by support. This is a total scam, the whole thing, start to finish. If my account gets charged.....I'll be filing a dispute and a police report with your support teams lovely chats as proof. The amount of money is honestly miniscule but you wasted so much of my time just looping me in circles.

Scam, deposited, played, tried to withdraw, was denied, then it says menager withdraw after mine was denied and the money disappeared, somebody straight away stole my money on the site, do not trust, complete scam.
