There are some betting sites out there that are just a scam. But not these. Had nothing but good experiences. Customer service great. Withdrawals 24 hours, a bit longer if you request Withdrawal at the weekend. Lots of markets in sports betting. All good.

I have withdrawn from this account without verification then they asked me to verify for my other withdrawals and I did that now they are saying that need moor or they may cancel my withdrawal if not provided within 5 days but I have done everything. I’m starting to worry this is a scam company and I won’t get my money I rightly won. I will update my review if they pay my money to me!!
UPDATE: Well what can I say after speaking to the customer service team they explained what I needed to do and the fund were put into my account this morning.
When depositing please be aware they will need to verify all accounts you use to deposit and this was explained clearly by customer service so thank you. I will add more stars if I have no further problems.

I have deposited £200 and now look to
Withdraw £140. All documents have sent but still awaiting for the withdrawal. It’s now been 2 weeks. Does anybody know where I complain to? I’m getting nowhere with luckymate.
Luckymate have resolved the issue on Thxs.

Absolutely ridiculous trying to withdraw anything from this website. Not one ever website has ever asked for anything to withdraw such a small amount. £42!!!! This is the process I’d expect if I’d won £40,000. And it’s not standard as they keep spouting as, like I said, no other website has ever asked me for any of this. It’s usually an instant withdrawal paid out in the space of a couple of hours.
Sent the Apple transaction, the passport, the proof of address and they still keep asking for me. Things that seemingly don’t even exist. The Apple Card number only shows the last 4 digits of the card but apparently I need a unique number that isn’t anywhere!!!! Why do you need my bank card when it was deposited using Apple Pay and you’ve got a screenshot of that transaction?
I assume they do this to make it as hard as possible in the hopes you give up and let them keep your money. Terrible website. Will be, as others, reporting it to the relevant authority.
My partner has had to basically send of his dna, why do you need all this for £40?!

Deposited with promo code, didn't get spins, customer service said i didn't use code, will get gambling commission to look into as cannot offer bonuses then not follow up

Reply from Luckymate
Promotions are very dodgy and they don’t honour them. They gave me three different excuses why they wouldn’t credit spins.
Also, their deposit limits are dodgy. You can keep changing between week and month and it refreshes the limits. Not sure the gambling commission would approve.
And of course - as everyone says, the platform is fragile and is rarely glitch free.
EDIT: isn’t it funny that companies only want to appear to do the right thing when others are watching. They had ample chance to deal with my spins but they chose not to then, so I’m not bothering now.

Do massive reviews on site not even worth the write say away terrible for my views you can see i won nothing on high spins and probly best no money site not well know and never will be

Reply from Luckymate
Believe the reviews!
Slow loading time/always boots you off a game and logs you out/laborious ID verification process…
Only saving grace is I had a win on my ‘Free Spins’ and closed the account once my win was transferred.
Appalling site, try your luck elsewhere!

Deposited £50 withdrawn £600 at 19:30pm last night and it’s just gone in bank not even 24hr later. All games seemed fine and it was a bonus on temple tumble that paid just over £500.

Stay away at all costs, games freeze for example I wagered on roulette on black and numbers on black game froze wager lost even with black number winning. I feel they are a scam company who have cheated me big time

Absolutely shocking customer service. Uk users stay away from this website. Trying to withdraw funds from this casino is a joke. Sent verification docs all ok apart from Apple Pay.. keep telling them I cannot send screen shots of the transactions with Apple Pay as it’s been over 5 days and Apple Pay only lists recent transactions. So it’s likely that I will not get this money from them, Robbing ?!??! Site is slow and cuts you off while in play. Deposits are so slow to show in your account. Avoid at all costs

Last week opened an account with these clowns deposited £380 over a week of playing finally won £200 so tried to withdraw funds sent all info required bank statements ,Debit card ,driving licence received another email asking for exactly same info as before !!!! I’m now in contact with Gambling Commission for what it’s worth ! Also just sent an email to Martin Lewis’s website as they have helped before
PLEASE Avoid this site at all costs they even took 2 deposits off me without showing up in my balance .What right do they have asking for 3 months bank statements when I only opened the account a week ago ? They should rebrand themselves as UNLUCKY MATE ! As you’ll never get your withdrawal paid .

Avoid at all cost bank refused my winnings £50 sent back to lucky mate 10 weeks ago supposedly back on my account in 8 days still waiting after sending same documents 10 times

The site is slow and not very user friendly but I would avoid using it for more serious reasons. Unsure why the gambling commission is giving out licences to companies like this. I deposited £200 and lost it so deposited another £200 so £400 in total no issues. Site asks you to upload your id every time you log on which is annoying. Anyway I won £550 so tried to withdraw the £950 and they blocked it. I had to send them my passport, bank statement, proof of address, pic of my bank card front and back, pic of my Apple Pay card taken from another device. Made me feel very uncomfortable giving all that information away but I had no choice if I wanted my cash back.

The site is good with a large variety of games and is easy to use. The issue was the withdrawal of winnings however this was resolved after a number of documents were uploaded onto the site. Initially you need to upload proof of ID (driving licence or similar). Then when you attempt to withdraw you need to upload images of the front and back of the card you used (hiding the 8 middle numbers) but showing the signature etc. Finally a bank statement from the card used to deposit showing a deposit to the site. Once I had done this the funds were in my account within 24Hrs. The downside is that the site didn't contact me telling me to do this I had to email and go onto live chat to find this out.
