Impossible to close you’re account, asking for 9 months now every week again.
Over a 100 times live support says we push forward to our department but they do nothing
Mailed a manager and never respond.

Absolutely shocking!! Don't ever use this site, it's a SCAM, won't ever let you withdraw.

Never ever ever start playing here. After huge deposits I managed to withdraw 10 thousand euro’s. Made the withdrawal request for over 1 week ago, heard nothing from Luckymax and the withdrawal is still pending. After several contact trials they still not paid me out and can’t tell why they don’t pay me. Took away 4k last night from the account and are not willing to help.

I have Court decision to send it to the casino because the casino illegal in the Netherland but the casino don't wont to give me any official adres to send the Court decision and receive all my money that i deposite in the casino back (more than 55000 euro)

All the time when I try to do the withdrawal they rejected an decline I spoke with customer service few times but they said to try another alternative I explained I don't have eny accounts on the other alternative what the site is provided and after the said maybe the problem is from the provider I tried to explain to them I made a the deposit with same account wt I do the deposit they still decline my withdrawal €14500

Seriously shocking, payment withdrawals failing constantly and not being able to get a penny off them. Say the card payment withdrawal method isn’t working however can accept deposits from cards straight away. More than happy to take your money but refuse to pay you out!! Stay clear!!

Lucky max casino still don't want to cash out because of different excuses. I wagered from my debit card and they can't return. Is that possible. Lucky max.com is owned and represent Fontaprime SRL , Costa Rica. This is a possible scam or probably the business doesn't go right. Be aware, even is written NL location. The company is under the Costa Rica laws,so I advise do not use this site or others with the same owner because of difficulties of paying them costumers!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are happy to take your money, once they have it any winnings you try to withdraw, they'll refuse it.
Ive had excuse after excuse in why they have refused my withdrawal.
1) There is a 3x wager on it.
2) They need other forms of ID to proof my Identity.
3) I need to contact customer service.
Which I've done time and time again!! and always they'll reply with "their have forwarded my complaint to management, and I'll receive a response from them soon, safe to say I'm still waiting!!!
The bottom of their emails it says they have got a four star rating on trustpilot, but on here it's three.
