They were able to get my product to me in such a timely manner, I got to use it for the new SuperMarioGalaxy movie. They even got it to me earlier as requested. They came in clutch to save my project. Now I can use the Onsie for future cosplays

I needed 6 Pokemon onesies for Halloween last-minute so I had to do Express Shipping. I wasn't sure if they would make it in time but they were shipped very quickly and arrived with time to spare. I was very leery about ordering, but I looked up the reviews and felt semi ok taking a risk. This company is shipping from China, so I was worried. HOWEVER, I had a great experience. Customer service was great. My first order arrived fairly fast. Second order was a little slower, but it's winter and almost Christmas. The onesies are super cute! My kiddo is going to be so pleased with her gift!

The material on each onesie is soft and really warm. It only took a couple of days to receive my 6 onesies and the customer service during that waiting period were absolutely amazing. I'm definitely buying more soon

Super high-quality onesie! The very best part is that it is just as soft on the inside as on the outside, which you don't get with all brands. Also has pockets, and the front zipper conveniently opens from the bottom as well as the top. I am very glad I ordered this. It is above and beyond the quality of other onesies I have. I would recommend ordering with plenty of time in advance, because the 3-5 day shipping took 14 days. Customer service was very helpful and did refund me some of the shipping cost. I did not receive the onesie I ordered. They were however very responsive and issued a refund quickly.

The costume arrived and was just as pictured. It fit my son perfectly. Customer service was also helpful. Shipping was a little long but within the estimated delivery time so really can't complain.

I was very worried when my daughter's costume arrived and was way too small. The company, however, immediately corrected it and sent a replacement with expedited shipping at no additional cost. Rocky start, but great finish! Thank you.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I needed a onesie for my kid’s Halloween costume. I ordered on the 21st of October and shipping said 7 business days max. The onesie shipped on OCTOBER 29th. It is now Nov 1st and no onesie. I had to make my son a costume last min. This isn’t okay. You cannot lie to people about how long shipping actually takes. If I had known this was shipping INTERNATIONALLY I’m in the USA, I would have never purchased. This is fraud. I’ve sent 6 emails now and the only email sent back to me was that it was on its way from the hub. I have repeatedly told this company I no longer need the onesie and I want a refund. No answer. This isn’t okay.

The onesie was of great quality and arrived within the expected time frame. I emailed a question to customer service and they responded within 24 hours and were very helpful. I would order from this company again.

Ordered a Halloween costume for my babies first Halloween, paid extra for fast shipping. It has been a month a I still have not received my item. Nor will I receive it this month. When I contacted them multiple times no changes were made.

Ordered one item a month ago and still didn't get it by halloween! No way to contact unless thru email! Worst website to order from, avoid at all costs!

Great experience! I paid for 5-7 shipping and got the costume within 4-5 business days. The costume is perfect and even holds up perfectly after a wash. Really happy with this purchase!

They failed to ship my order because I took over 60 minutes to confirm that I bought. They took my money. Charged me $24 to ship and then didn't ship the order. When I reached out to them 5 days ago now, they told me they would send my order express so my kids would have their costumes for Halloween. Item still hasn't shipped and Halloween is two days away.

Just the fact that they allowed an order to be completed without taking action is ridiculous enough. The site should start the transaction over if they aren't prepared to process it. Then when they were notified they tried to act if it was somehow my fault that I completed my transaction too late and still weren't able, with ample time, to correct their mistake especially given the $24 shipping fees. This is egregious.

AVOID THIS RETAILER AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE UNORGANIZED AND WILL RUIN YOUR CHILDRENS HOLIDAYS.

Ordered my onesie last week with express shipping and it just arrived today, well in tome for Halloween. Got a little worried looking at some of the reviews here after buying it, but I got a tracking number after a couple days and could see the package moving. Cozy material, xxl size fits my large 6'3" frame well.

My family always does coordinated Halloween costumes each year. This year is Pokémon and Lucky Onesie blew competitors out of the water by far with their large selection of Pokémon onesies at a reasonable price. The ordering and shipping experience was easy and great, with the onesies arriving only a few days after ordering. I was concerned about my delivery as my boyfriend’s costume had been delivered directly to the house, but Lucky Onesie’s customer service team was quick to respond to my inquiry with information about where my package was left and waited for my confirmation that it had been received. Lo and behold, mine was in the mailbox 😅. I highly recommend Lucky Onesie to anyone looking for a comfy and cute onesie or costume.

Costumes were high quality. I ordered with at least a month in advance. I was messaged that one of the items got out of stock. When I contacted the company, they replied and said once the item arrived they will going to expedite it. I received it about 2.5 weeks later.
Overall I had a gr at experience, but I highly recommend you order in advance.
