Joined this site just over a week ago and have deposited nearly 400 pound and withdrew zilch the slots are horrendous bonus rarely come in and when they do you get dire winnings I foolishly thought it might give me something worth withdrawing but no ot was diabolical there is nothing fair about this site they obviously dont know what LCCP or PEP stands for they are a disgrace stay clear at all costs. I will be from now on good riddance to a terrible site.

Dire , you think you are getting a full bonus ( like most other sites ) it transpires you have to deposit three times to receive this . So deposited 2 lots of £10 … nothing no spins and absolutely no wins on any games not going to even bother wasting another £10 , wished i hadn’t bothered this has got to be the worst site I’ve joined ( and ive joined many to review and enjoy)

Really not great, recently received a promotional message about a "Birthday treat" (3 x bonuses)
I thought great I will give it a go, first promo Give me a £5 Bonus to wager 50 times (I thought no way is that possible - but what the heck give it ago)
Wow ended up winning about £350 - although still needed to do the ridiculous wagering so I carried on
Ended up wagering over £400 despite it needing to be £250 so I thought I'd give "customer support a call" contacted them who confimed I'd met the wagering requirements and they needed to contact the "bonus" department; Ok I said no worries I'll wait thank you for helping. Received a survey about the customer support but I didnt fill it in. Waited a couple of days - Nothing so I thought I will go fill the survey in - 12 hours later, same person contacted me telling me that they had released the bonus but the winnings was capped at £25 despite their being over £125 in the account. I said ok if thats what your terms are fair enough its a nice Birthday bonus thank you very much so withdrew it for a drink on my birthday. Thought I will take a look at the other bonuses now but low and behold they no longer valid (despite the email saying I have the whole month of January) Looks like no other promotions are working either

Dont bother with these guys its a sham, have to wager over £250 to get £25 and then switch off promos if you have a win.

If you operate a gambling facility you shouldnt cry when you lose money - If I'd of lost money and come crying to you guys you would of told me to go away.

Absolutely shocking site firstly I didn't receive my sign up offer and when they did give it I didn't receive my free spins which I still haven't received. Plus you get nowhere near to winning anything not one bonus did I get from £20 you usually get at least one but nothing on here STAY CLEAR if you want to keep your money

Joined this evening, deposited £10/bonus with code LPMIX should have been £40 plus 25 slots..I've chatted with 3 x customer advisors and got no where,site kept asking me to re- login and now site down..fuming just abit, so AVOID if you fancy a chilled hour on bingo..

All through the early hours of this morning, the site will not allow me to log onto my account, It has even forced me to change my existing password, as it wont recognise my existing password which I have been using on there for many years.
The issue is that the site management are so unhelpful and lie through their teeth, its about time that they were bought to justice.
Its a bit of a thing when you are prevented from logging into your account all because you want to withdraw your winnings

Terrible bingo site and I wouldn’t even give them one star as they deserve no stars as I won on bingo yesterday and I withdraw my money and when I go back and check to see if the withdrawal had been a success and I find out that I’m locked out of my account and I have to contact customer support and I’ve tried on live chat and sent 3 emails without success. PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

This site is a joke. There is absolutely nothing else worth saying about it. Could do with the gambling commission having a look at their so called responsible gambling tools they have in place as well, you are able to self exclude or take time out but set deposit limits nope, net deposit limits yes which I for one thought were actual deposit limits and after setting these I was able to endlessly deposit until the site deemed I had hit THEIR limits. Luckily I about broke even before they imposed their limits but other customers will no doubt be furious with their misleading safe gambling (but really it's we will take your money and give you chance if gaining any of it back) set up

100% intentionally crashes slots when big bonuses are near, 9 crashes in my latest £20 deposit and managed to get lucky a spin 4 bonuses, not one over 20x. Sites like these show the gambling commission do not care one bit about people being scammed. Stay away at all costs.

Worst site to play, alongside the sister site Kitty! I had pre buys in various games win/win big game, 60 tickets, no win/ win credited, complaint this morning to be told if I had screeshots?? Chat hosts are seldom there, when on shift they also cover Kitty site under different chat host names. Only 2 chat rooms to cover all rooms, that alone speaks volumes. Chat host always refer you to cs. You contact live help, wait for 20 minutes , and you are number one in the queue!! Go fathom! Bunch of cowboys managing these sites, I feel sorry for the staff. Just an overall shame. Every single time I play on here or one of their sister sites there's always issues. While playing book of ra I also get waiting for the server
....oops something's gone wrong or please try again later. Other times I just get randomly kicked out and if one those dont happen the website just crashes and won't load for 30 minutes (like just now) again if just a shame it would be a good online casino but way to many issues for me.
