No stars, I really wish I had read these reviews before playing. I have had a similar experience and have just made a complaint about winning a £100 bonus. It turns out I can only use this to play certain games and after spending some of it and winning money, this does not convert to cash. According to my account and the terms and conditions, I have to spend £2500 to access my bonus money. I am going to the regulator and taken pictures as this is serious money which I can’t afford to spend and just wanted my bonus money. Stay away as this is not a fun site to play on

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, never answer live chat or just cut you off, don’t reply to emails.
Customer support!!! …what a joke!!

Hi I go on bingo and slots most nights but I've never been on one were I've been on it for 2 weeks and deposited 500.00 and haven't made one withdrawal.i like to go on slots on the eyecon ones but I haven't even had any free goes which on most sites I get free spins I'm sorry lucky pants I can't deposit anymore as its not fun your money goes in mins and you come off it feeling down that's not what playing is about.i won't to close my account but can't find anywhere to close it as I'm just going to chase my losses and win nothing.im sorry as I don't like to bad mouth sites but this one is the worst I've ever been on.

Rubbish! Two days ago u depisited from paypal. It said payment error on your website. When i went on my paypal the money has left my paypal but doesnt show on my account. I have left countless emails for someone to chase and not one person has got back to me. I have screenshots of the payment from paypal and of my betting account not showing its there and no one will help me! Its disgusting my money is missing!

You closed my account after I had deposited hundreds Why? Refund my money !

Stay away locked my account after putting money in, same as pink casino to many of these sites are scamming money out of people.

Deposited for first time. Account locked straight away before I could play. Emailed, 72 hours later, no response and the live chat says I'm in queue position 1 for 45 minutes until I give up. Bunch of crap website. I see last few reviews are all 1 star. If I worked for them I would be looking for another job because its just a matter of time for this site to disappear

In response to Jack's literary diarrhoea,you obviously don't know the law as documentation has to be asked for before a deposit is made unless money laundering is suspected. It's amazing how many times documentation is requested when a withdrawal is made.In response to Jack's second bout of "Taurus Excreta" as literary diarrhoea is known in Latin the "Management Lackey" is spouting the commonly used abuse of the law. Shocking signed up got bonus win few games withdrew around £50 thought great next 24 hours deposited £60 not a single penny win every bingo game full of 1 to go same winners over & over I must have played around 120 games not won 1 baring in mind was only playing against between 18-50 odd players max and on occasion buying the Max amount of tickets also noticed most winners on burst emoji etc where only winning pennies so nobody playing on a decent stake was getting a win. The CM karlee is crazy talks about most random stuff asked me out blue would i like to visit the moon???? Update::: so like an idiot I went back on giving them benefit of doubt end result £160 played endless £1 stakes on emoji & burst not 1 win that's £160 guys in 24 hour's without 1 win. I'll let you'd decide on whether or not this site is for you
Update: I knew this was the reply I would get back but I've bought maximum amount of tickets also per game so still doesn't really balance out does it? £60 I've put on tombola arcade last 2 days and I've withdrawn £240 so I'm not just unlucky lol

Have been playing for a while with mixed results - some wins some losses.

I had accrued some points which I converted to cash to play with - struggled to find any games that I could actually use the funds on so tried live chat - which now doesn’t seem to work after 11pm gmt (possibly earlier) so i emailed - heard nothing back 48hrs later. Spoke to someone on live chat during the day who advised me which games it could be played on - I picked a game and started to play with the £9 bonus - ended up getting it up to £173 - left and came back later and was playing same game and once it got the £150ish mark suddenly the balance changed to £12!? No reason why anywhere and I can’t see what happened - low and behold the live chat is offline again - so I have no idea what happened to those bonus winnings and no way to get any answers.
Pretty disappointed to be honest!

Joined and enjoyed to begin with because they let me win a bit at first, but then I started losing constantly. When I was bit fed up one day one of the female hosts was quite short, abrupt and rude to me which made me feel angry and upset, being as I had never made any big problems, didn’t post anything awful in the chat or had any warnings beforehand as to what I’d done to deserve it. This made me feel uncomfortable and singled out and I excluded the site as that’s the only way I could close the account really. I wouldn’t use Lucky Pants again - which is part of Mecca bingo - I don’t use that site either. I have found better sites in my experience.

I'm with Lucky Pants Bingo for some time now. I must say it is a lovely site, they got really nice bonuses. Customer service is good at solving your problems and they are always responsive. There are no problems with withdrawals. Recommending it to everyone.

I have been playing on luckypants since they first started, and have to say its my favourite site out of many others i use. Great games from all catagories, amazing bonuses with low wagering reqs. Any issues i have had since playing have always been resolved on the first time of contacting the amazing, friendly and most helpful customer champion team. Most importantly they have a great and persistant safer gambling reminder and also every tool needed for a safer and fun casino experience.
If there are people out there wanting to join a new site not have to play big money, looking for bonuses that suit you and want an all round fun and entertaining time then luckypants is the site for you.

They had a shocking misleading promo recently stating they would pay you back £100 if you lost it on a megaways game. I lost £100 on the 16th june and they pulled the promo 1 hour after I lost it. The promo was live when i played and they are refusing to pay me. Terrible company. I will now be writing to the gambling comission.

The bingo/slots site is great but mort importantly it's the customer service which is great. But recently yesterday I landed on the corner square on the daily play board and should have won the £100 prize but the board had sold out on it which it states it should refresh on the 1st of the month, but the 1st was a Saturday so goes to the next working day which was 3rd May it still hadn't refreshed which it states on the terms and conditions it should refresh after 1am I landed on it on the prize square at 1:20am (I even took screenshots to prove) then I was tools I had to wait fir a reply from the game provider which is 3rd party but they still have not gave any update or if they are actually looking into it. I just feel that they don't want to award me with the prize even though I have photo evidence plus the corner square that I landed on for the £100 prize was eventually refreshed yesterday 3rd May during the day and I had it confirmed by customer service that iam eligible for that prize it's just this 3rd party game provider is not even giving any updates or nothing iam really not happy the way this has been handled by the game provider

UPDATE: I've had an update from the game provider, they said the square said sold out and because of that iam not eligible for the £100 prize which I think is absolutely disgraceful because it goes against everything of thier terms and conditions and all the evidence I have to prove too. I am loyal customer to luckypantsbingo but I think this has taken me away from thier site now. When I get lied too by customer services when I thought they were fantastic in helping me secretly they were not helping me, because the game provider came back with a lame reason as to why I wasn't eligible for the prize of £100 luckypsnts decided to go with accept the game providers answer even though my evidence proves iam 100% eligible for the prize and from speaking to the customer service people they had agreed too. Iam or should I say was a loyal customer of luckypantsbingo but this has totally shocked me as the evidence I have proves I am eligible for the prize of £100 absolutely disgraceful, Iam letting people know right now that even though you have compelling evidence that proves in your favour a simple NO by an incompetent team of game providers will go against you, I honastly believe these decision makers at the game providers were on the O. J Simpson trial and we all know what happened there dont we

Anyway report sent I as and complaints to luckypantsbingo complaints team not holding my breath though because thru always tend to side with the gaming companies even though evidence says otherwise

Another update: luckypantsbingo decided to close my account permanently without reason but I believe its because of the dispute /complaint I made about the game that wasn't working properly I find it absolutely disgusting the way you have treated a loyal customer like myself
