Don't waste your money! I naively signed up and deposited €50 to get 200% bonus without reading the reviews however, most of the bingo games did not run due to lack of players. The odds on the slots were rigged. I know the house always wins and I have played on s couple of other bingo sites and you don't always (or Often) end up in the black but the bingo games run and on the slots you might play €10 and only get 50p.... Here the games don't run and your money doesn't get re-credited. To make things worse, after a week I still haven't received my money back after I decided to cut my losses and withdraw what little was left of my initial depot.

When I showed him the link, his excuse was that it had ended but it hasn't. Completely false advertising, and they refused to do a thing about it.
Avoid at all costs.

So I call up and I'm told that if I scroll down the link to terms and conditions that it tells me this is no long valid, but people not knowing what to do will sign up with their credit card details, private information and STILL get conned out of money.

I thought id re-post this, as it was removed for bad language by trustpilot, i guess this company doesn't want people to hear the blunt truth?

went onto live chat to explain that if i was a verified customer it wouldn't be half as much as an issue, and if they want ID ask for it now etc instead of asking a week after the payment has been left hanging.
Spoke to Tom on live chat, seemed sarcastic and borderline rude,(Ive gotta admit, i wasn't entirely nice, but why should i be? these people directly lie and BS you, these people arent nice people?) giving me invalid comebacks when i stated for example when i play at galabingo, aspers and others are next day, he stated "Aspers is a sister site" well that backs up my claim even more then doesn't it? Aspers is the same as these guys, they send me any winnings next day to my account by 3:30pm, but a sub-brand of aspers is making me wait more then a week for it, so point proven there.

Do not pay out
My wife won £3000 on this site a week ago and had to wait 48 hours before the payment would be release. Then for no reason and no warning closed her account without paying out. She has had to go through the heartache of trying to find out why? This is completely unacceptable and criminal. Something had got to be done about it. Joined the site during a promotion, decided it wasn't for me and so logged out of my account.
After a short time, all I was getting was phone calls from them which I eventually blocked and now I keep getting mail shots through my door with more promotions which are basically promoting gambling!
Tried to log in to change account details and stop the mailers but have to agree to new terms and conditions and privacy data rules which I won't do as will do the opposite to what I want.
Have emailed for immediate removal from the mail list but I bet (pun intended) they will ignore it or tell me it'll take 10 years to be removed.

I closed my account i was a vip gold member i have had the experience of the wagering requirements where i won upto 400 with a 10 pound bonus which dropped to 50 pounds when wagering requirements were met then i couldnt win anything on the remaining 50 since the 1st april i deposited about 530 on the slots and won hardly any spins . I give this site 3 stars, compared to a top line site there bingo traffic is low at most times of the day resulting in low prizes. However that being said there is many free spins/bingo tickets to win some bonus money. If you are lucky to win on bingo the play thru requirements are reasonable.Payout have a 36 hour pending period before being sent to audit. After you are verified cashouts are sent between monday to friday. No issues with site other than slow turnaound for cashouts. Fluffy favourite mega jackpot slots is all i play. great game.:-)

After yet another totally exasperating couple of hours spent on the phone to their support line (based in Mauritius) this morning ... and being fed completely absurd inconsistent explanations by 3 different members of staff, I felt as if I'd called each and every one of them out. I even gave them the opportunity to cut the crap, it doesn't wash ... to come clean and admit their organisation was going down the pan !! Now it would appear that they are NOT blaming Mastercard processing house, they are blaming their own bank Barclays, calling it a 'technical issue with them.... and my bank Metro also.
Yep they're definitely trying to cover all bases/scenarios in the blame factor then ffs.
It has been nearly 3 weeks (tomorrow ) since I won this money online and I have almost come to the end of my tether... I told the supervisor, Alison ... to cancel this £85 stuck in this supposed 'pipeline' and reissue it into my bank by direct transfer this afternoon.
I look forward to hearing from them, but am not holding my breath.
