Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Keeps responding with generic messages rather than answering questions. They voided a redemption for their Taosweeps site and blocked my account but can not give a valid reason.
Regarding the response from LuckyRush saying they are not affiliated, when I reached out to TaoSweeps for help all communication came from email support at luckyrush.io. So this is the company that refused to do pay my redemption and would not provide a reason.
