Several things are wrong at this casino. The first, mostly annoying thing is that you can’t buy coins if you have over 50 SC but can’t redeem them if you have under 100. This creates a “dead zone” where you either HAVE to get lucky and win to over 100 or lose to below 50 and buy back to get over 100. Then, they give packs that priced at 60 SC so you have to lose it!
The other is that redemptions were charged about a 3% fee. This was not disclosed at checkout buying coins, or at the redemption page. Redemptions were quick, but when a 3% fee is applied, no thanks!
If you’re looking for a good social casino, look elsewhere. With literally hundreds of choices out there, I see no reason to use this platform.
