I have finally been paid after a week of messages/emails

The verification process timeline is a pretty standard for these sites (long)

However when it comes to withdrawing, it is more of a nightmare, the fateful message of can take up to 36 hours to review then 2-5 days to be paid. I am currently 50+ hours and still no confirmation of withdrawel, been told on live chat that there is a backlog in the finance team so the 36 hours is now 36-48 hours to review. When i reiterated that we are passed the 48 hours all i was told is they understand my frustration, i wait with bated breathe to if i will ever see my money.

At this point i would discourage anyone using this site if you want to recieve any monies you win.
