I ordered a print as a gift for my daughter’s graduation. Whilst the original print was already quite expensive, I found that adding even a few personal details ended up doubling the price. The print ended up costing nearly £100, which seems very expensive for what it is.
I ordered a W for Wandsworth framed picture which arrived nice and quickly with a free bar of chocolate. Whilst I love the "W", the frame, which cost an extra £22, was of really poor quality. It is the sort of frame you could pick up in B&M for a fiver. I went back to Lucylovesthis on 19th March asking for a refund but have heard nothing from them. So, it is five stars for the print, minus two stars for the poor frame and no response to my email. Sorry.
