Save yourself the trouble and avoid spending your money here. This company lacks moral responsibility.

After ordering a dress, I received the wrong colour. I immediately contacted the company to request a return and refund, but despite sending four emails and submitting a contact form, I’ve received no response at all.

Their website is full of promises about satisfaction guarantees and quality assurance, but none of it holds up—they simply don’t stand behind their products or their claims.
Buyers beware.

A sweater I received was a $19 piece of trash for which I was charged $65. Completely different from the picture and description. NO RESPONSE from "Lucy Toronto" (whatever that actually is) to emails and web contact page forms I sent them. They offer NO phone number, There is no "30 day return policy" because they don't have an address! TOTAL SCAM, AVOID entirely !

Item ordered didn’t fit. Tried contacting them same day it was delivered. Tried 4 more times through website and email with no response. No phone number available. Total scam!!
