AVOID! THEY ARE SCAMMERS
Purchased a 12 month ultimate pass, only 3 months worked. Company don't want to know even though I provided proof from Microsoft that I havent used the codes. Absolute con artists. AVOID!!! Replied to my comment saying I haven't provided you with information, you asked for a report from Microsoft and that's what I sent, you just don't want to admit that you've sold codes that I couldn't redeem because someone else already had!!

You were advised of the proof that we accept to process your claim. The proof you provided did not match the proof we require and therefore we could not act upon it.
You decided to open a claim with PayPal which after investigating denied your claim. We understand this was not the outcome you hoped for.

I thought this site was going to be a scam as it looks very new and doesn't have many reviews. I bought a nintendo switch game for cheaper than anywhere else i could find it.

I ordered a 6 month game pass for Xbox which comes with 2 stackable codes. One worked straight away but the other one said it was already redeemed. I emailed advising of the issue and had an answer back to let me know they were investigating within a couple of hours, and a replacement code the very next morning.
Definitely will continue to use this website knowing that any issues will be solved so quickly!!!
