Ich warte nun bereits 6 Monate auf die Rückzahlung eines versehentlich doppelt überwiesenen Beitrags: nun habe ich mit Rechtsanwalt gedroht, mal sehen ob sich jetzt etwas bewegt. Meine Reklamations-Mails wurden auch niemals beantwortet. Absolute Frechheit!

Super Kommunikation; schnelle Lieferung; sehr bemüht gewesen!
Habe kurzfristig für eine Werbeaktion eine größere Anzahl von Nummern-Ballons benötigt.
Als ich meinte, dass der aufgrund der Nachbestellung des Lagerbestandes voraussichtliche Liefertermin zu spät sei (es mussten erst Ballons nachbestellt werden), hatte man sich sehr bemüht, diese schnell zu besorgen und uns zuzusenden.
Auch die Kommunikation dabei war super: Ich wurde über die Zwischenschritte informiert (Zahlung ist eingegangen; Nachbestellung ist da und geht vermutlich heute raus; Ware wurde heute versendet).
=> Alles super gelaufen und die Ballons kamen 2 Tage vor dem ursprünglich avisierten Termin an! :-)
Und Qualität der Ballons passt auch!
