An open Scam
Unable to find the store, store number is invalid, adress is wrong, google maps is wrong. Company Mobile number switch off, email is invalid, whatsapp unresponsive.

It's literally an open scam
It's literally an open scam. I booked one location in mumbai, called up fortunately and they said they have shifted place and didn't unlist from lugbee. I cancelled it, says refunded, I got zero refund. Tried to book one more time because the location was a known hotel, went there travelling 3+ hours, only for them to tell me they don't even recognise how their hotel is on the app. This time it didn't even show cancel button, let alone give me a fake refund again. Worst of all, there's zero customer support, no chat option, they don't even pick calls. 2k scammed from me in broad day light.
