I have recently purchased a preloved folding luggie my husband already has one and they are perfect for taking out and about in the car. There was a sight hiccup with delivery but Toni wordsworth of their customer relations was marvellous responding to emails immediately keeping me informed about what was happening and getting things sorted. I have no hesitation in recommending the product or the company.

Allen Richardson delivered my new Luggie scooter to me yesterday. He was very informative and had a pleasant manner, explaining everything in detail.

Our experience was very good as Allan the person who came to show us the Luggie mobility scooter was very nice and extremely helpful.

Allan came to my mother's to demonstrate the most lightweight scooter the company produces, he spoke clearly and steadily and simplified all his explanations so my mum understood, at no point did we feel pressurised to buy the product. Mum was able to test drive the product and practice getting it in and out of the car, we never felt rushed and Allan was happy to go over things 2 or even 3 times if mum was unsure.
After mum decided to purchase the scooter, Allan explained everything relating to the delivery of it and left his mobile number with mum incase of any issues.
The item was delivered within 3-4 days and very minimal assembly was required which was good as mum was too impatient to wait for me to come over and help! A few weeks later mum had trouble remembering how to get the scooter into the car- she rang Alken and rather than trying to explain it over the phone, Allen filmed himself putting it into the car and sent the video over which was a massive help! We found Allen to be a genuinely nice man who really knows his products but more importantly really cares that you get the best experience from your mobility scooter and will still provide support even after the sale has gone through. I would highly recommend both Allen and the lightweight scooter my mum purchased from Luggie Scooters!

Very pleasant experience with your rep Allan Richardson, who demonstrated the Luggie Super Plus and took time to answer all questions (no hard sell). My wife appreciated the demonstration on how to load the scooter into the boot of the car (surprised at how easy it was, and how little effort it took).

Having "driven" a two wheel-at-the-front luggie and finding it unstable I opted for the Lexington all purpose, all dancing and all singing scooter. It's brilliant! and Alan couldn't have been more helpful the only problem is that since I've had it - it's rained and rained and even more rain - hopefully a bit of sun and I'll be out and about with it. Looks good and the villagers are jealous!!

Dealing with Luggie has been a positive smooth experience from setting up a viewing date; a demonstration to the part-exchange transaction and the ultimate delivery of the new mobility scooter. We’ve dealt with this company for years and enjoy the consistent high standard and we have great trust in how it operates. We always go back.

It wasn’t the easiest start for Allan, their intrepid sales representative, who was willing to traipse round irksome roadwork detours from nursing home to residence and back again to complete the task. Lesser mortals would have refused. From start to finish he was nothing but genuinely cheerful and helpful, dealing with a severely disabled frustrated elderly man with massive good humour and integrity. Allan is probably the most patient negotiator on God’s Earth. I’m not kidding. His charisma is through the roof. His ability to read his “audience” is awesome. He connects easily and naturally with everyone. BTW The customer is delighted with his new improved Luggie. And I feel like I’ve made a friend.

At every contact they were professional, knowledgeable and reliable. The products are first class and Allan, the demonstrator, who came to our home could not have been more helpful and friendly.

The luggie elite deluxe. is the most unstable mobility scooter I have ever had. It tips over on any camber. Then I see you can get stabilizer wheels, why was I not told when I bought it. I have had 3 bad accidents, and people picking me up in the street. If I had been told I would have had them fitted, you are picking at straws, I only missed deluxe of name, I purchased this scooter

Jonathan was so helpful when he came round! Talked me through various options and answered all my questions. I felt that he enabled me to choose the perfect Luggie! The customer service from all concerned really is excellent.

Bought a used Luggie, had issues with it ,no problem took it back and sent another, no quibble, Jasmine was very helpfull.

Toni was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgable, helpful and friendly! I can’t recommend her enough. She showed my 68 year old mother how to fold and unfold and put into the car and she has opened their lives up :)

Jonathan provided excellent customer service explaining the differences in the two scooters I had chosen to test. Everything was discussed in a calm unhurried way and he answered any questions I had competently. I chose a Super Plus scooter which will make a tremendous difference to me enabling me to go on holiday without the usual concerns I have as I often travel alone. I shall be visiting Madeira again in September and October this year and cannot wait to take my scooter away for the first time. I am sure it will have some admiring glances.

Jasmine was really helpful throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Sadly the charger had a damaged cable but comms were great and a new one will be sent out 24 hour delivery

Would Like To Thank Toni, For Her Help, And Guidance, In Us Getting The Right Scouter, And Support. Would Recommend Luggie Scouters.

Just got back from a South Asia cruise and used my Luggie Elite for the first time. I did have have a few problems at Heathrow and Singapore airports but after showing them the scooter data sheet they were happy to let the scooter on board. I was able to drive right up to the aircraft doors and take the battery on as hand luggage. Whilst cruising the scooter easily fitted into my cabin. On board there were a number of other nationalities who were impressed with the scooter and wanted to know were it came from , so i passed them on the information. Over all i am extremely happy with my scooter as it has made travelling around the world a whole lot easier. Thanks Luggie.

Luggies scooter is life changing for me, I can get to the post office and shop and to see a friend. Alan was so kind and patient, informative and made the whole process easy, understandable and fun too. The product is fabulous i love it and will be highly recommending to my friends who are looking for similar scooters. Thanks Alan and thanks luggies !

Jorden was on time, no fuss, no problems so no reason not to give a good review.

I saw one in the hospital years ago and decided that was what i needed, to fly to Australia and visit my sister, visit my South 'African friends.....till i was informed the batteries could explode on the plane so that was my flying out the window.(Is this true btw?)
However that is just a slight problem as i can still travel around England.
