Fantastic Service!!
Fantastic service. I was traveling to Pisa for a few days but needed to bring my dog to the sitter on the way so a bit difficult with public transport while dragging a large check in bag. Very straightforward to book and pay for. I received a call from the driver about 20 minutes before he arrived to pick it up and arrived exactly on time. A very friendly, chatty and polite guy. The joy of not having to worry about my bag was just marvelous. Great experience. Now, can you PLEASE extend your services for flights to Ireland! 🙏😊

Very good service! We will use it again for sure!
Everything went smooth. In schedule day they gave us a time window of 2 hours when they will pick up the bags. They also called us 30min before. Check in was fast and smooth and you get the luggage tags on your booking (visible on the website).
The only think that is not very well explained and you need to be careful is to add all the people names to the booking and how many luggage each person has. So, if on your airline ticket reservation you have person A with 1 luggage and person B with another luggage, you need to add it like this when you are setting the booking service via luggo. Also, all the people mentioned on the booking must be physical present when they pick the luggage, because they also check your ID.
