Worst experience with online purchases EVER!!!! I ordered 2 chains, in May, 3weeks to my vacation but it didn't arrive. There has been a long trail of back and forth emails trying to at least get a refund. Its now September, no jewellery, no refund. Thankfully I remembered I had insurance on my Amex card and raised dispute with Amex and got my refund. If you're gonna buy from them, pay with credit card with insurance. Never buying anything here!!!! Its a scam.

Mixed feelings
Delivery is fast and good.
But forget about returning the items. Very laborious and the support offers some special deals instead. Therefore I wouldn't recommend to order here.
