Chose online two recliner chairs from this company, since I am crippled and cannot get out to the shops. The owner of Lukehurst advised us that one of them should be small, having told them I am 5 feet 3 inches tall. On delivery, my feet hung over the end of the foot rest by several inches and caused severe pain. They refused to refund us, saying it had been a "bespoke" purchase because they did not have our selection in stock. We ended up losing £4,200 since the chairs had to go to house clearance to make room for another far better brand. We are in our 80s and are absolutely devastated at this terrible loss of money. We wish we had never heard of this ghastly company, which only cares about profit, and customer satisfaction doesn't count for anything. They could so easily have resold them since we only used them for 6 hours.

Contacted Andrew and Alison about a specific brand of carpet that we wanted fitted into our lounge area. No hassle, highly competitive pricing and zero fuss. All done within 2-3 weeks from first enquiry.

Really poor customer service. We purchased a carpet and was treated in an appalling manner. Andrew the customer service representative was extremely rude and flippant and let us down on the time the carpet was fitted. The fitter then did his own DIY and filed in some small gaps with filer without even consulting us and the drop the filer on our new carpet!! I’m our opinion, Stay clear from this company if you want good customer service and no problems with laying your carpet. They are also not cheap so we won’t be using them again for anything

Bought once, spammed forever.
Would never buy from Lukehurst again, they are master spammers and bombard me with unwanted sales messages by text that I can’t unsubscribe from despite following the link in each message and checking that no permission boxes are ticked.

Totally unprofessional!

After our first choice furniture wouldn’t fit through our porch (our fault). Lukehurst were super helpful in suggesting alternatives and really took a caring, friendly and personal approach, from Jo who helped us, throughout the whole store and delivery team. We love our new furniture and can’t recommend Lukehurst highly enough!

Our two sofas and storage foot stall arrived today and I cannot fault the service we received from this company and it’s staff, from when we visited the showrooms to ordering and delivery first class service and many thanks to their delivery guys who brought them into the house through not the ideal opening. Thank you Lukehurst really pleased with our purchase and the whole experience.
