Warning…this company has many Trustpilot accounts, check them all. One looks very good, the rest don’t, making me wonder about the one that looks good. Are all the five star reviews real? It's interesting to me that there are so many reviews praising customer service when my experience of the customer service has not been good. I ordered an item for the sole reason the shipping range was 3 to 5 days. The item arrived two weeks later. Throughout this two weeks I was in contact with customer service, and although they were very polite, they ignored my actual questions throughout most interactions, and just kept telling me it would be with me soon. I asked for a return slip to be sent so I could the return the item as it had arrived too late, I got no response, I asked for my shipping to be refunded, given it was not the service I paid high shipping charges for (9 euro). The same message ignoring my request...'your item will be with you soon, please see the tracking'...over and over again, very frustrating. Avoid if you have tight time frames or thing there may be any need to get an issue resolved effectively. The item sat in a sorting office in The Netherlands for a week, had someone looked into the shipping issues when I first queried it, my item may have got here in time, Instead customer service just kept telling me it would be with me soon and forwarding the tracking info I already had. Really disappointing. I now how an item I cant get to my nephew in Switzerland in time for Christmas, and a very expensive shipping fee.
Update: After a lot of emails, Luksusbaby have refunded my postage, and allowed me to return the mittens, paying my return postage too. I appreciate this, and it is a vast improvement on the customer service I had been receiving, but the sheer amount of effort and hassle it took to get to this point doesn't change my star rating on this review. Maybe it would be a better experience if the item wasn't being shipped to the UK.

The order took longer to receive than expected. But despite that, fantastic Schleich animal figures. I have to admit I panicked too early. Again, great Schleich figures from Luksusbaby♥️🦃🐎🐕🦺♥️Thank you and best of luck.

First time buying from this store and this is the last time.Just scammers.I will not recommend anyone to buy from this store.An expensive Christmas gift was ordered on December 18, because it was written in their online store,that the last day to order is December 20 if you want, that the ordered goods are would be delivered before Christmas.This is what I ordered earlier, although I didn't even receive a discount coupon for my first purchase, and after sending other names of discount coupons, it wrote that unfortunately they have expired, although it worked for my friend for some reason when she bought a gift for her child.But the point is that I ordered earlier and they delayed sending the parcel, although when I contacted them they informed me, that it was packed and ready for shipment on December 19, unfortunately the Posten app indicates that only December 22 was sent to the terminal. Today they wrote to me, that posten distributors in the said, that the parcels will be delivered before Christmas, unfortunately it's just a scam to entice people to buy gifts. They are not subordinate to the delivery services, although they have signed a contract and true is this, that they do not guarantee that the ordered goods will be delivered on time, although there was constant information on their page that the goods will be delivered before Christmas.Unfortunately, this is misleading information.It's strange to me, because many online stores contact parcel delivery services and rush the whole situation, and here they didn't even try, although they were contacted with *luksusbaby.no* from the day of the order.They only apologized for this situation and kept saying on Friday night that they think they will deliver by Christmas, even though everyone knows that Posten is closed on Saturdays. And the posten wrote, that the expected delivery date is only December 28. I am simply shocked with such negligence and irresponsibility of this online store.All other online stores from which I ordered delivered the ordered goods responsibly as promised. And they how the Grinch ruined Christmas.I hope they have the same Christmas(order number 1936767)

I must acknowledge that the owner of the company was very respectful and tried to correct my bad experience.
However, I found a more affordable price. We certainly learn from the situation and avoid future bad experiences.

I contacted the customer service to clarify the delivery method for a specific a product and after a few minutes the product was removed from the page (not reported as sold, but it was actually removed from the website). I contacted the service again and they said it was updated at that time... Lack of professionalism is what I can conclude...
