Good communication
I received a faulty product but customer svce has been great. Offered a refund or replacement and they contacted their supplier to confirm was from a faulty batch. Awaiting replacement currently as they are waiting on a non faulty batch but I would def use them again as theyve been very helpful. Very good communication and lovely range of products.

Great service: the item we brought was predicted to arrive in about two weeks. Arrived in half the time so I was very happy.
Great quality: lovely quality, well packaged and wrapped up delicately.
I will definitely think of this company for future buys.
