I order off of here quite often I love the socks they do. I have ordered some dresses and the quality and price is really good. This will always be my go to shop for a little frilly socks or knee-high and they’re quite quick delivering too. I highly recommend they do very nice clothes.

The outfits I ordered were a very good price compared to other websites I had been looking at. The package arrived quickly and I was really impressed with how lovely it was all packaged. The items were all lovely and everything was perfect.

Ordered a romper for my baby christening and I couldn’t be happier! The romper is beautiful and it came very quickly and carefully packaged.

Easy to order, with lots of choice, and it arrived really quickly with the express service. The beanie feels really soft and the embroidery is very good quality.

I don’t like to leave a negative review, but unfortunately my experience with Lullaby Lane Baby Shop has left me feeling quite frustrated.

I ordered a baby beanie hat expecting the darker blue shade shown in the product photos. When it arrived, the colour was clearly much lighter - more of a LIGHT BABY BLUE, whereas the photos online show something closer to a CORNFLOWER or mid-blue.

I contacted the shop politely and even sent them a photo showing the hat I received placed next to a screenshot of their product listing so the colour difference could be seen side-by-side. Despite this, my concern was dismissed and I was told the item matches the listing.

When I followed up, they initially replied quickly then IGNORED ME FOR A WEEK - until I nudged again when they miraculously replied within a short amount of time.

When they replied, the response was simply the exact same message copied and pasted again, without addressing the points I had raised or acknowledging the side by side comparison I had sent.

I completely understand that colours can vary slightly between screens and real life, but this is a noticeable difference rather than a minor variation.

What’s most disappointing is the lack of willingness to properly review the concern or engage with the issue beyond repeating the same response.

The only option offered was to return the hat at my own cost and to lose the original postage paid too. This is not a fair solution to a misrepresentative falsely advertised image.

It’s a shame, because I was genuinely looking forward to the item, but the way this has been handled has been very disappointing.

A wonderful selection of baby clothes. I couldn't stop ordering for my long awaited Grandson. Beautifully made and great value. Ordered on Sunday arrived on Wednesday. A fabulous parcel to receive. I can't wait to see our little darling wearing his baby blue wardrobe.

I brought a blue and white knitted set for my great grandson and it is beautiful. I ordered it on Sunday and it was with me by the Wednesday of the following week so pleased with the quality definitely recommend this small business.

Ordered shoes and a little cardigan for Easter for my boy, they came packaged lovely in a box and tissue paper, fast delivery and lovely items, really good quality. Exactly the same as pictured on their website in terms of colours they were not misleading like shops can be. I will be using Lullaby Lane Baby Shop again in the future x

Absolutely pathetic. Whoever works in their distribution department, put the wrong address on a package and then blames the customer and expects the customer to go knock on the door of the place that Australia Post delivered to and ask for the package back. What a bunch of idiots as if you are going to do that. Take responsibility that it was your mistake and refund the money that you owe for these items. No wonder these businesses are getting rich of people who are now out of pocket. Lift your game.
