I urge everyone to stay away from this horrible website. I had everything scheduled and planned for someone to come put up a wardrobe today since 3 days ago. I took day off and moved my schedule around only at 6 am for that website person move it 5 days away!!! Who does this? How is this allowed? Now I'm left in a horrible position where I have relied and lost time because of this when I could have gone through taskrabbit with no issues in the first place. Do not trust them. They can leave you in a bad position and apparently that's allowed and they don't punish their contractors.

Je conseille vivement à tout le monde de se tenir à l'écart de ce site horrible. J'avais tout prévu et planifié pour que quelqu'un vienne mettre en place une garde-robe aujourd'hui depuis 3 jours. J'ai pris un jour de congé et déplacé mon emploi du temps seulement à 6 heures du matin pour que cette personne du site web le déplace 5 jours plus tard !!! Qui fait cela ? Comment est-ce possible ? Maintenant, je me retrouve dans une position horrible où je me suis fiée et j'ai perdu du temps à cause de cela, alors que j'aurais pu passer par taskrabbit sans problème dès le départ. Ne leur faites pas confiance. Ils peuvent vous laisser dans une mauvaise position et apparemment c'est autorisé et ils ne punissent pas leurs entrepreneurs.

Absolutely to be avoided. I hired someone to do a deep clean for five hours and she left after 3.5 — it seemed relatively clean but then I discovered she had neglected inside the cabinets, the oven, the freezer. I had to clean the whole apartment myself on short notice, and was not reimbursed for the time she did not work.

Dreadful. Contacted a "lulu" about fixing a wooden chair. He tried to charge me for the glue on top of the lulu hourly rate. Total scam artist. Go to lulu get a lunatic. Pathetic.

I'm sorry to say I had a bad experience with this service. I found someone through it to water my plants during the summer. Long story short: two thirds were dead when I got back. As you pay up front, there was not much I could do. I felt very sad and and cheated , it was horrible to come back to a wasteland when I had trusted this person. I think you have to be very careful and vet the person properly, I misjudged.

I had a great experience hiring two Lulu's for moving my furniture and boxes up to the 6th floor (without an elevator).
They were right on time and very friendly. One of them spoke English really well, which was very helpful for me.
They worked really hard. I had estimated on the website that it would take them about 2 hours, but they were already finished after 1,5 hours. They just charged my for that time, so it costed me even less than I had expected beforehand.
