I ordered chairs from this place and over a year later with multiple complaints still no answers. Basically they received my $50 and I got nothing. They are scammers.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.

I had ordered these chairs back in June of 2020 money was taken out of my account the same day and have yet received my chairs. I can not even get a response from the company or even get a refund. These is a scam site.

I ordered 4 outdoor camping chairs on 6/29/20 and they took the money out the same day. They haven't responded to any of my emails. I can't access the order or the website from the email, it says, 'oops there's a problem getting to site'. I saw their ad on Facebook and ordered from there. I guess if the price seems too good to be true it's a scam.

Do not order from this company! I ordered2 chairs in June. I’ve sent multiple emails inquiring about my order & not one response! Trying to get a refund & still no response. Clearly a scam!

DO NOT ORDER! Ordered my chair on June 26, 2020. It's August 31, 2020 and I have not recieved my chair. Multiple emails go unanswered and the phone number is a guy in his living room. I'm not giving him ANY info. Kiss my $ goodbye.

I ordered a chair in June. I still don’t have it. They gave me a tracking number but it doesn’t belong to any shipping company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

i been trying since july to contact these people , i was only able to get one email and they told me my chair was on the way , and still nothing , not even a refund that's a shame, i guess i will have to go to the bank, and see if they will deal with it,

Do not buy anything from luluNina I ordered 2 out door chairs back in June. I emailed them about 10 times they responded to 1 and said for me to be patient they are backed up because of the virus.
Ok I gave it a few weeks and I still have not received my order.
I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau.

You will find a telephone number in these reviews. People say you will get a customer service rep and a refund if you call that number. The best thing I can do for you in this review is to warn you not to call that number. Not only is this company and their camp chairs a fraud, you will be further scammed if you try to cooperate with the person you get at that number. Just kiss your money goodbye and consider yourself lucky that they will get no more info than they already have. I've had to dispute hundreds of dollars of charges (including PayPal) and they also hacked into my computer and ruined it. I lost many valuable files, and had to cancel 2 credit cards so far. I'm sure there will be more to come. Do not call that number. Just walk away.

This a bunch of BS...the number to try and get your money back is a nasty, rude, ass person who makes it seem like your going to get your money. He was disrespectful and cussed at me and hung up. DO NOT CALL 607-214-3005, stamford,ny..sorry ass bs..ass company

Ordered chairs June 23 sent multiple emails was emailed back that due to covid shipping frayed I ordered w/ expedited shipping then they went off the map and quit emailing me back called the phone number and was greeted with a rude agent that was a gentle man I asked for a supervisor he declined and said wait 30 min and call back about refund now I can’t get back through at all report my card for fraud
Will never order from this company ever again it’s a scam and fraud company out of India

I wouldn’t Give this company a one if I didn’t have to I’m like everybody else they took my money for two chairs that I ordered I hope they eat sh it and die

They take your money but don’t send you the product. I ordered two chairs and paid the extra $12 for express shipping I found were I could check my order my order number does not exist. I took a screenshot of my complete order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I called 1 607 214 3005...its Fraudulent they tried to purchase stuff with my card ...Wallmart, Target, Amazon....they took access over my computer too (totally my fault!!!) ...and DO NOT do anything with 'PAYPAL refund" I'm so disappointed in myself...because I knew it didn't feel right...and I should have trusted myself....luckily...i cancelled my card and they didnt get away with any purchases.
PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL OF THESE SCAMMERS...AND BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU MAKE THESE PURCHASES.

Well I guess i am in the same boat as everyone else. Order 3 Chairs June 26 have not received anything as of 8/18/20. Have sent several emails and have not gotten any word back.

I sure hope this so called company will get stopped. I was taken as well. Ordered in June Finally got the email back saying that with COVID-19 things are backed up. Look for them in the beginning of August. Never came ‼️‼️ There's other stores with different names selling them as well. Zoiya, I think is the other name I saw. So I sent an email to them asking if they knew anything about the chairs. No answer back from them either. Like someone else said "I'm not ever buying anything off Facebook again" There are so many out there that can get away with this. Another scam site is Hoop-i-Dress 😠❗

Dammit! I wish I had read these reviews first. Has anyone received a chair to review? (I quit reading after about 10 reviews without chairs.)

The company DID reply to my inquiry. Here is the reply "Hello, the logistics company is paralyzed because of the pandemic, you can receive at the end of July, please wait, thank you."

Ok, so maybe this will happen, just not "end of July", 2020.

This might be the first time I've been suckered by a FB ad.

The chairs were intended for summer camping, 2020. Dammit!
