unit can't connect to Play store - AVOID
unit can't connect to Play store, so forget about running any of your favourite apps. All requests to Google get rejected too, so forget about using search of any kind - because you can't connect to them either. News websites work ok, facebook works - so no Lumatab, it's not my connection.
This usually happens when your device runs an unofficial version of Android.
A waste of money - avoid.
Rubbish!!!
I bought a tablet from this company who appeared to be a UK company (I won't knowingly buy from abroad) and it took ages to arrive - not UK then!
I experienced nothing but problems with it from Apps closing down while using them, continually rebooting on start up and not connecting to Google. When I emailed them they asked me to send a video of the issues! Not easy to do but I managed one.
I was delighted when they said they'd send a replacement and no need to return the faulty one. However the replacement I'm sorry to say is not much better than the first one. Needless to say lesson learned. I should have gone with my second choice Samsung.
Appalling battery life
Appalling battery life. Doesn't even hold if fully charged and not used 24hrs. Give it a miss. Picture also grainy for day to day tasks.
I was charged without authorisation and they refused refunding
I was charged without authorisation by Lumatab.co.uk. They ignored all my emails and shipped the item anyway. Thankfully, I refused the parcel and was able to recover my money through my credit card provider. Still, this is not a trustworthy company — others should be very cautious.
Lumatab is absolutely rubbish
Lumatab is absolutely rubbish. Customer services is the worse. If I want to send back I have to send it to China! At my expense. I would never have purchased if I'd known it was from china. I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing
Don’t buy the Tablet!!!
Don’t buy the Tablet!!!
The company has zero refund policy, are terrible in responding to a complaint as the tablet doesn’t work properly.
Don’t buy from them.
They say there is nothing wrong with the tablets where clearly there is.
I don’t normally write reviews but this is a scam in that they are selling a product that doesn’t do what it’s supposed to and then block your email.
Don’t waste your money. Choose a different product.
Very disappointed with this tablet
Very disappointed with this tablet, it's been faulty from when it was first set up. Should have remembered the saying "but cheap pay twice"

The battery life is really bad maybe you'll get 1 movie in before needing to recharge and the picture is rather dull
Definitely a scam. Do not buy.
Definitely a scam. The hardware and technology is from 2016. The CPU Octa-Core 2.0GHz was first sold in 2016 tablets so is well out of date. Although the tablet actually works, it is slow, the screen is not as clear as current technology and you can't Bluetooth connect to latest earbuds. I have requested a return and full refund but haven't had a response. Note that Aussie banks have stopped credit card payments to Lumatab-au due to widespread scam reports.

This company advertises 24 hour support. Not true 3 days and no support. Silence since a refund was requested. Product faulty. Avoid them. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a 10.1 inch tablet from this outfit on 16/03/25 in the belief that they were a realible company operating in the UK when in fact they are a scam company based in China. The tablet that arrived is not fit for purpose has outdated software and cannot be updated, Message when trying to download apps is. Your device isn't compatible with this version.
A Scam a must to avoid.
