They do NOT deserve even the one star I…

They do NOT deserve even the one star I gave them.....
Brought my car in for the 25.000 service, they didn't know they had to charge the oil. I had to do my research, go back, insist. Eventually they admitted they made a mistake. Which is pretty big for a car in warranty. Not only that, but when I convinced them to carry out the operation, not only that they don't have the recommended oil, they didn't even put the right amount in.....
I wonder how the hell can they be accredited by the manufacturer?!?!.....
A follow up after swinging by the garage today (I didn't know they were closed in weekends and couldn't make it during the week days, as I also have a job....). I talked to a guy from the showroom who offered to give me a liter of oil to top up, but surprise... They don't have it by the liter, they only have it by 5l containers. That kind of explains why I didn't get the full amount of almost 6l, as needed.... Funny thing is, I got invoiced for 5.7liters of oil, though....
