I bought a case and a ring support. The case didn’t work so i contacted the client support and they sent me a free case but…it doesn’t work either…i have to charge it every 2 days and i don’t even use it. And the ring has a poor material, the rubber around detached from the ring. I am super sad because it’s a bit expensive and…well…i spent money for nothing

I wouldn't be without this case! It's great lighting - far better than the fakes you'll get on eBay. I would say that the case scratches far too easily and for a high priced item, that shouldn't be the case... no pun intended... It is far too expensive and needs to come down in price.

The lights around the case will get a lot darker if you use it too often. Bought 3 cases so far and they're all the same problem, never again.

I haven’t had a bad experience like the other reviewer. Mine has been great thankfully. My case came in good time, I had just bought my new phone and didn’t want it slipping out of my hands. So this has been absolutely protective. Yes it’s bigger than I thought, but I honestly don’t have a problem with that and my hands are petite. I just added a Swarovski ring holder on the back of my phone and it was perfect. The lighting has been completely helpful. Especially for low light settings. My selfies look so much more better, captures my make up great. When it comes to phone cameras and lighting you just honestly have to know what you are doing, I’m a photographer, so it comes naturally. But for the rest remember practice makes perfect. I definitely will come back for more products. This very moment I’m waiting for my air pod case that matches my phone case ❤️

I BOUGHT THE KIM K CASE LET ME WARN YOU THE CASES ARE SUPER BULKY AND HEAVY AND AFTER USING IT A COUPLE DAY IT JUST HURT MY WRIST TO MUCH AND WAS TO BIG FOR MY TINY HANDS . ALSO LET ME WARN YOU THE CASES SCRATCH VERY EASILY SO FORGET PUTTING IT DOWN I USED IT 3 DAYS AND WAS SHOCKED AT THAT IT HAD A FEW SCRATCHES AND IM NOT A RUFF PERSON NOR DO I THROW MY PURSE IN A BAG SO THATS ANOTHER TIP. ALSO THE LEFT SIDE OF THE LIGHT WOULD OCCASIONALLY BLINK . SO I SENT IT BACK AND AND DIDNT HEAR BACK FROM THEM FOR WEEKS I THEN CONTACTED THEM ASKING FOR MY REFUND WHICH THEY DENIED SO I SAID OK I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE THE CASE FOR ANOTHER (to give to my sister who has a different iPhone then me ) they still said NOPE! SO I LOST 80$ OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND AM STUCK WITH THIS JUNK THAT HAS A MALFUNCTION AND FEELS LIKE BRICK WHEN I HOLD IT! LONG STORY SHORT THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PURE SH$T ! THE LADY WAS ACTING DEFENSIVE HER NAME IS ROSE AND IF YOU WANNA BUY A CASE THAT LIGHTS UP ALIEXPRESS IS THE WAY TO GO 10$ BUCKS ! LUMEE’S CASES ARE A HUGE RIP OFF THE LIGHT DOESNT MAKE YOU LOOK AS GLAMOROUS AS THEY ADVERTISE. YOUR IPHONE APPS IS ALL YOU NEED TO DO THAT TRICK. SAVE UR MONEY .

Honestly i was a bit worried ordering from overseas, but honestly the process was super easy and delivery times are not too bad. could be much better though as the fast delivery is almost the same price as the product itself.
