Their customer service is one of the best that I had experienced. Even I don't normally give 5 stars but they deserved it!
Somehow, the Kumis lampshade I have received was damaged,
because of that, I have sent them an email to report the said incident. And alas, their customer support was so quick in replying and sorting out everything for me -- from sending the return label to processing the replacement of the damaged Kumis lampshade. It was so quick that I have received the replacement the next day!
Kudos and 2 thumbs up especially to Simon and Ida!!!
Because of this ecstatic experience, I would say "Lumegahome" will be my go to online store moving forward!

Superb Customer Service
Their customer service is one of the best that I had experienced. Even I don't normally give 5 stars but they deserved it!
Somehow, the Kumis lampshade I have received was damaged because of that, I have sent them an email to report the said incident. And alas, their customer support was so quick in replying and sorting out everything for me -- from sending the return label to processing the replacement of the damaged Kumis lampshade. It was so quick that I have received the replacement the next day!
