Good quality; bad returns/exchanges
The quality of the clothing is good and reasonably priced. However, the app will often substitute sizes when the requested size is unavailable. Also, even when I was able to choose my usual size, the app does not have a size guide, making it even harder to get the right size. But what really got to me was that the app has no detectable return/exchange mechanism.

This doesn't provide my personal style aesthetic at all! I think I am better able to style my lifestyle without LUMI! I think at this point I know how to dress for my taste and budget without this LUMI APP. PLEASE, refund, as this IS NOT FOR ME! I am often photographed and consulted for style. I find way too much volume and frumpy style suggestions, through images/articles, here, for me! I am no longer interested in your service.
