I bought a Kakortokite necklace and it is even more stunning in real life. Everything from Lumi is good quality at great prices and very pretty. Packaging and delivery great too.

I have loved shopping at LumiGemstones. My carnelian heart arrived perfect and is beautiful! The details on the package are gorgeous too and it smells delicious!

We had some issues with transportation, but Emily sorted it out. She is very nice and she made sure my carnelian got to Spain. Thank you very much Emily, I will definitely buy again soon.

The items on the Lumi Gemstones website are just so beautiful and such high quality. I ordered several items, it was hard to narrow down what I wanted from the wide range of beautys! My selenite moon has quickly become one of my new favourite pieces and is just perfect to charge towers and tumbles. I also ordered a gorgeous Lavender Fluorite tower which I can’t stop looking at 💜 Wonderful, friendly customer service and fabulous Crystals!

I can’t rate Lumi Gemstones high enough, I’ve purchased from here a few times now and I’ve been really impressed every time. The extra little details that have gone into packing the delivery are really lovely, the quality of the items are amazing, I’m so so happy with my crystals. The customer service I have received is outstanding (Emily is always a message away, so helpful and it feels like you’re chatting to a friend!) it feels so personal. I have never received a Crystal that’s been shown so much love and care. The packaging was just as Devine as my Crystal! Inside my Crystal was showered in dried rose petals and lavender! Lavender is my absolute favourite. I also had a gorgeous scented insense cone! Everything was popped inside boxes and little lilac cotton drawstring bags. I ordered a Watermelon tourmaline pendant and it was absolutely beautiful! The energy give gives off is so beautiful that I don’t like to take it off. Only do it to charge. Because my order was over a certain price I also received a free black tourmaline keyring. Thank you so much Lumi. What a gorgeous little treat for myself!

I ordered a emerald pendulum and a morganite silver ring from Lumi and they are out of this world. The pendulum is beautiful and the ring is stunning! The detail on the stones are superb. They are both exactly like the picture and the pendulum is slightly bigger than expected. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Excellent service given by Emily. They both arrived extremely quickly! I loved the little surprise in the package too! Thank you so so much!

Being new to crystals, i was a bit overwhelmed with the options and did not know where to start. Emily was absolutely amazing at guiding me and helping me to pick something that was right for me (the prescription kit). 3 orders later and i will now not shop anywhere else for my crystals. The love and care she puts in to the business is incredible and really affirms my values for shopping small and sustainably. She is easily contactable and is always there to give support or advice. I might be slightly addicted to buying crystals but best money i have ever spent, even though we can not physically see the crystals i still feel very drawn and connected to them.
