Bought this cream because I saw an ad on Instagram. I naively thought this was an Irish company. It is NOT an Irish company so be warned, the product comes from China and takes 2 - 3 weeks to arrive. The shades of the cream itself are much paler than I thought. The light is like ghostly white and the medium is even too pale and I have typical pale Irish skin. The brush is not the brush shown in the ad either. It's tiny and rubbish. Don't buy this product. You'll be wholly disappointed.

I haven't the product yet so cannot comment to that. However I paid for express shipping 25th July and it looks like it will be quite some time before I receive the product from I believe China where it still is! 'Shein' shipping by the looks of it. Paying more should mean fast shipping.

Bought this July 19th as apparently it’s claiming to be Irish product on instagram!! Ordered the “deal”! It’s not an Irish company! Still waiting for it 2 weeks later as its shipped from china!! Wanted it for holidays! I’m going tomorrow so cross 🤬 no response from customer service!! Don’t buy!!! No idea where my product it!

I ordered their supreme creme on 20th July. I only ordered from them because they claimed to be a small Irish family business on Tik Tok. A load of crap. It's a complete scam. My package has supposedly been shipped from China, made it's way to Dublin and is now apparently in another airport. Do NOT buy from this 'company'. I know I've been scammed and.will receive nothing. Lesson learned.

It works my hair is growing back slowly and is thicker, I have used it for about 3 months now. Great customer service.

Used it daily for just over a month and can see thicker strands at my temples. Messaged about a minor defect and Mary from support arranged a swap same day. Highly impressed.

Uses "Westmore Beauty" in its advertisement. Has to be illegal. You can even see its not the same product. WESTMORE is a really high quality brand. This stuff does not work at all. Shame on them!

Scam!! Be aware, absolutely not what is advertised it’s a highly fragmented moisturiser that wouldn’t cover a scratch.. I’m seeking a refund for the crap that I have been delivered.

They advertise a supreme cream that has thick coverage almost like an instant tan. Then send you a thin watery bb cream with no colour that stinks. Then try to tell you it's because they are changing their packaging. They clearly buy it in bulk of temu and sell it at 4 times the price. DO NOT BUY.

BEWARE- This is a scam company, save your money. they refuse to refund their product even when it breaks with in 30 days. DO NOT BUY. Poor product and customer service.

This Product and acompany is a scam.
For the light therapy to work you need at least 300 Diods cap, this one is 32, hence the reason the legit caps cost way more than this one.
This company compare their product to the one Bryan Jonhson uses, which cost more than 3k$ and has more than 500 diodes.

Same experience as lots of people commenting. SCAM!!! Do not buy the fake luminova supreme creme. You will get EELHOE crap. They say its the same, its not. Is nothing like the videos or anything you see online. Dont be fooled like I was. AVOID!

I put one star because I had no choice otherwise I WOULDN'T give any stars !! This is a fraudulent advertising gimmick , I received EELHOE PERFECT CREAM . I emailed Luminova telling me I received correct product...I Did not receive correct product...its more like a BB cream , its dull matt finish , the excuse you receive is they are changing their packaging . I am disgusted and disappointed by this !!!!

Luminova Supreme Cream is absolute rubbish. Cheap tat you can buy on apps from china. Do not waste your money!!!
