I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about LumiNox. I bought my Ref. 4222 “Authorized for Navy Use” from an authorized retailer. They did not have the correct box set for the watch, and I sent one message to LumiNox explaining the situation. Ian C from customer service emailed me within the hour and the next day, there was a package waiting for me at my house containing the box and a T-shirt. No charge, no questions asked. Flawless, fast and accurate service from a top notch company. The timepiece itself is built like a tank, I picked it up for every day wear at my physically demanding job and nothing that I’ve thrown at it so far has fazed it in the slightest. The glow at night is incredible and does not fade. It really is absolutely always visible. If you need a tough, accurate wristwatch that, for all intents and purposes you don’t ever really have to take off: look no further. I own, (am the permanent caretaker of) among many other timepieces: a Platinum Breguet double tourbillon with a more-or-less unique red enamel dial. It is a very fine watch, a six figure watch, and you can imagine the level of service involved with its procurement and care. LumiNox, and the $800 quartz diver I picked up off them, has trumped the mighty Breguet with regards to speed of solution. Madame Breguet lives in a vault and comes out only for the most special of occasions. My daily wear and the piece with the most wrist time out of all of them? LumiNox 4222 ANU. I freakin love this thing.

I just purchased the 3252 a few weeks ago. Exactly what I wanted and so far has been great. Very comfortable, perfect lighting when dark. Very clean look as well.

Purchased the modern mariner automatic, it arrived in less than a week. Very happy with the purchase.

I am a sucker for luminox watches so the new one I just recently purchased is by far my favorite from the other 2 that I have... The other is a recon luminox w/compass and green black and gray and the other is just like my new one except with white on the hour #s

I’ve only had my watch a short time. It is great looking and is quality made. Time will ultimately decide the actual outcome. I am totally pleased with my purchase from Lumondi.

Ordered watch online from Luminox, and received it with a note saying "sorry we can't provide you with an invoice with your shipment". Technical issue's (sic). However, they gave me option for e-mail invoice. Here we are a week and two requests later, still no invoice for a $900.00 product. The return authorization paperwork that accompanied the watch requires an invoice number for return.

I love Luminox watches, I own 8 of them. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a
great watch. The only negative problem with the watches are the calendar dates . If you don’t wear your watch everyday, you have to reset the date.

I want to return it and am looking for an explanation about the authenticity of the watch. Since I have not been able to reach anyone

This is my husband’s birthday weekend and we have spent half of the morning trying to reach someone by phone and online trying
to find out if your website is legitimate. Now I’m burdened with having to write this email rather than enjoying time with my husband!
I don’t understand if I purchased a Luminox Watch why I’m getting correspondence from Lumondi, Inc. in New York and the watch is
shipped from Dayton, NJ and what does Mondaine have to do with my order from Luminox???

Please contact me ASAP so I can return this watch (for a FULL refund) and replace it with one that actually illuminates. Needless to say, this
has really put a damper on the birthday surprise!!!

Like my purchase for appearence , fit right out of box , easy to adjust time and date . The literature could be better , larger print and a overview , redundent , description of watch. And last , I didnt get my sales invoice , 🤔🤔🤔 which is available online , but should arrive w/ watch.. and if I needed repair , another band , direction for sourcing . Return direction were done well . Not needed 4 me .. thanks ..jim h.

Love the watch. Exactly what I was expecting. Easy transaction and fast shipping.

Took a week for item to be fulfilled. Customer service not to helpful. When the issue was brought to their attention, they would just make assumptions. A different fulfillment warehouse/company should have been used. Watch arrived running? I would think the crown should have been opened to save battery, this was very disappointing to me.

Watch is a good fit. Not to bold or gaudy. Will buy another if I find one I like.

I paid $20 for 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to reach me. I was leaving for Navy bootcamp so I needed it asap and wasn't able to.

I signed up with Luminox and received a 10% discount code. I immediately tried to buy my watch but it was sold out. Once I was alerted that it was back in stock I was denied my discount. I called Luminox and they denied it as well. I did nothing wrong but suffered because they were out of stock.
