Four out of five is a very good score, but there always needs to be room for manoeuvre. I find Luminous much easier to deal with than some companies.

Where do i start.
Me, my wife and my 1 year old son live in our little apartment. Two adults and a baby. we were paying € 119 every month, this year i got a bill of € 1167 to pay. After trying to call them because there was an obvious mistake with the calculation. They send us another bill with a total amount of € 1400, we called again and some of the employees at Luminus i just don’t know how they got their job there because they don’t know anything. After this call we got a new bill with a total amount of € 2895,55. So, i stopped calling. We are in the process to change the company. when i logged to see my account AGAIN. i got another bill with a total amount of € 3057 and another one with a total amount of € 3200. So, from what i see is that this company just plays. Or the employees doesn’t know how to do their work. Because to pay a total amount of € 3200 for a small apartment with two adults and one baby is just a big JOKE.

Becareful with these company and some of them who are offering you in mediamarkt. I didn’t even realise they changed my contract to fixed and in 2022 when the prices were high they put that price for me throughout the year. Which is 5-6 times than others or variable. If you don’t understand Dutch don’t sign anything till you check with someone.
It’s a shame they have to make money like this.
Now someone from their customer service will comment here and all please contact me on Facebook. FYI, I did that too. Nothing would change. Just stay away from them.

Always horrible service… in my old address. And now in a new address: I have sent all the necessary documents for moving and I woke up yesterday without any electricity.
Since they are not open on Sundays, I waited until Monday to call them. Mind you, I don’t speak french or dutch fluently, and they don’t have an english speaker despite Brussels being an international metropolis. I was transferred between 5 to 6 employees until I had someone and I was speaking french- when they suddenly put me on hold with their nasty music for 30 minutes. Then finally hung up on my face. This is a cautionary tale, i’ve been told that Luminus was not good and I should have listened. If you don’t want to lose your sanity then this is not the energy supplier for you.
