Worst experience with Luminus !
I recently switched to Luminus services for electricity and gas. My electricity consumption is same as previous company But I received surprise from Luminus today,they asking me to pay 2500 euro for last 5 month ( It's almost my one month salary ) I tried to contact their support center but no proper reply and they are disconnecting the call rudely.
I'm really disappointed with their behavior and really don't want to go with them in future. It's ridiculous and annoying 😒

The chat is amazing, calling is very bad
You can solve problems on the chat on the web and that is perfect, thank you. What I don't like is that if I send an email then you call me, and nobody on the phone speaks English so I get transferred and transferred. But the chat is just perfect.

The worst experience of my life!!!
Living in Kortenberg and since 2018 we rent a house which owner told us the house is already supplied by Luminus with gas and electricity and we didn’t bother to change because we didn’t care who we pay for these kind of services!!! To years later to our big surprise when we started to receive some bills with 3800€ and monthly payments started to grow to 3-400€ per month. Without any explanation they charge from my bank account 2 and sometimes 3 times per month. Avoid them because this is a scam company. They are criminals and nothing else!!! We are a family of 2 people (me and my wife) without kids without electric car and with a strict economy in this winter still get top pay 900€ per month 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
