The worst company I have ever delt…
The worst company I have ever delt with.
Unresponsive customer service. They will not address
concerns with shipping or the payment process (overcharges). When I asked them a questing about my order and why it has been stuck in transit in the same city for 5 days their response was: You order is in transit and should arrive soon. Mind you this was 9 days after my order was placed. Lumiqour's tracking app is suspicious at best and feels like a scam at worst. It is no wonder that they don't have a customer service number to call. They would be very busy. Instead of Lumiqour returning an email, with coherent thought, they just cancelled my order without notice. Now I am fighting to have my money reimbursed. Terrible Terrible company.

They shipped my order through Shop who…
They shipped my order through Shop who uses GoFo. Both companies are inept. GoFo notified me of an incorrect address but offered no way for me to correct the issue as the link they send out does not work. Lumiquor apparently also gave me the wrong tracking # (per GoFo after 4 previous contact efforts went unanswered) and then refused to refund my money when the shipping service failed to respond to my inquiries or product my lost package. Lumiquor says it my fault the package shipped to the wrong address… in fact Shop decided the shipping address and made it different from the billing address which was correct. None of these entities will accept any responsibility on the matter.

Terrible company
They don’t honor their own website’s BOGO free offer. Shipping takes weeks so there’s no consistency for my dog. They didn’t even understand the issue when I wrote and asked for my extra container. Terrible company.
