My husband ordered to heaters, but wasn't able to fetch them at the postoffice (was hospitalized), and they were returned to Lumiwarm.
They haven't returned the payment, though - we have beend waitint since some time in february 2025

Ordered 2 heaters - Customer services - non-existent. No heaters were delivered. SCAM

My Grandad purchased 4 small wall plug heaters and paid almost £100. What arrived was cheap, poor quality and I would not trust their safety. 2 out of the 4 arrived with bent plugs. I sent many emails to the company to attempt to return these but they kept on closing my ticket and asking me to open a new one if I still had an issue. I was waiting for their reply.

Ordered 3 heaters and paid on 4th December 2024. Still not delivered. Its a SCAM. Asked for refund but no response. Lost £139.47 to LUMI WARM SCAMMERS.
BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUDSTERS.

Waited at least 5 weeks before this crap arrived its absolutely useless if you're right in front you can feel a little heat but it wouldn't heat a small room we don't have a big kitchen but it was on for over an hour and no heat at all DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS

Waited nearly 5 weeks after taking my money and when arrived not fit for purpose in our opinion we demanded return and a refund advised by customer service after many communications initiated by me told to to return product at postage and shipping cost to me on top of money already paid Was offered insulting sum to keep product Eventually after weeks of frustration offered me half my price for a product that was no use to me.Would suggest find alternative and use amazon and.paypal to avoid all the above Reluctantly accepted refund of half cost paid back today

bought 2 one to heat my conservatory and one to heat my kitchen. stand right in front of the heater and yes like any heater its warm. the heater in my conservatory was on 32 degrees for over an hour and it did take the chill away but was far from warm. So all the hype is total lies. It does not heat a room 12ft x 12ft and my conservatory has a living roof so not a glass or perspex roof. if the heat is directed at you yes its ok but as for heating a room in 2 minutes absolute rubbish

These people are crooks and scammers. Stay well away from them. How they have avoided being shut down is beyond me. They have no shame. I ordered only one of their heaters and got billed for 3, plus a lot of extras which I never asked for. There is no-one to talk to. No return delivery address. Just a total scam. Beware! Beware! Beware!

Purchased 2 of their claimed efficient mini plug in electrical heaters claiming

'It’s a ceramic convection heater with an impressive 99.8% efficiency. It can heat a medium-sized room in just 60 seconds!'

In cold month of November I used 1 in a smaller sized room very little if any difference
