Broken lampshade
I ordered a lamp and it arrived with the lampshade completely broken, to pieces!! It was not transported with the FRAGILE sign anywhere on the box, nor it was wrapped into special plastic bubbled foil packaging or equivalent, only into simple, thin paper packaging. It is inadmissible!!
