I will update my review after the return process, but I'm very unhappy. It made my condition worse. I started looking at other manufacturers of this product and some either stated to use caution or advised against it. Nowhere could I find that information in their manual or on their website. Also, it uses two different email addresses (customer service or support) to address the return.

I ordered a red light therapy bag.
As a new user I was unaware of the importance of irradiance. They are unable to provide me with 3rd party testing on how much irradiance this bag puts out. I’m disappointed and want to be refunded. I just want a QUALITY red light device that is worth my time. And since I can’t get the information from them, I don’t think this device will do what it claims.

I would give 5 stars because the delivery service was adequate, and the product seems to be very well made. However, I was not informed of a customs duty fee that I had to pay to get my parcel. This wouldn't have stopped me to place the order, but having to spend almost $30.00 more without notice was not a pleasant surprise. JC

I’ve been having shoulder pains for months after I pushed a freezer across my kitchen floor to move to another room my left side became very painful and bruised. My doctors thinks it was either tendons or ligaments that had been damaged. I am 68 years old and should not be doing things like that even though I was getting better I was still in pain so I saw this online ordered it and it’s the best thing I have gotten and I use it 20 minutes a day and the red light therapy is just wonderful. I’ve went from where it’s very difficult to pick up a Tumblr to being able to pick the Tumblr up without pain and I can move my arm up and down I will continue to use it. It’s the best money I ever spent.

When I contacted them with a question about the straps for my mask. They resoonded quickly to my unitial inquiry, as well as the follow up questions I had.
The 4D mask fits more comfortably that my previous mask by a different manufacturer. I've used it daily since it arrived. While it's too soon to say if it is helping my fine lines, my husband insists that my skin looks brighter.

BUYER BEWARE! Make sure to read ALL the fine print. I am disappointed with LumyHealth and their response when I did not get the product I thought I was ordering due to their deceptive advertising practices. I would have to pay a restocking fee because package was opened (of course it was opened, I needed to see what I thought I had purchased!) and pay for return postage. I calculated the total cost amount and I would be out over USD$150.
I was looking forward to enjoying my full body red light therapy ‘bag’ but instead received a ‘mat’ due to their deceptive wording. I will never again purchase from LumyHealth.

Very disappointed with this Lumy Health product. Christmas gift that sometimes works and sometimes does not! I have had it 7 weeks the cords have already had to be replaced and now the controller won’t work. This is very poorly made and customer service response is too slow. Over $1200 for this is not worth it! Will Not purchase from this company again!

The product quality is poor. It not only smells bad but also looks used. Since the company is not based in the US, their return policy is strict, and you must pay for return shipping regardless of fault. Customer service was argumentative, making this a very terrible shopping experience.

I purchased the Lumy health red light therapy bag in December 2025. One month later I am already having technical problems with it. Bag won't heat up like it used to. The remotes wont power it on or off. So far it's been a total disappointment. I had to send videos showing the problems to them. And there response was. when we get new remotes in stock in the warehouse we will send new remotes. What if I get new remotes and the bag still dosent heat up? Wow that would defintely be upsetting. I paid $1,274.00 for this and this is there resolution? When they advertise full replacement if you have any problems with the unit. And I guess I will just have to wait for remotes to get in stock??? Terrible customer service!

Ordered over 1 week ago. Stated "expedited" shipping and the item still hasn't even shipped! Sent email to inquire on status with no response. Quickly charged my credit card for an item not even shipped! Return policy needs to be revised to reflect their delayed shipping process!

Great Product so far! I've been looking for something for my feet that went up my leg a ways as well and this does that and has worked great!! I'm very happy with it and when I had a question about the different levels and the settings customer service got back to me in a timely matter.
