STAY AWAY!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!
Stay away!!! This company is complete shambles and will scam you if you make the mistake to place an order. I’m based in Copenhagen and placed an order on the 20 January 2024 and paid extra for their Priority Delivery (3 to 5 days) option yet I have still not received my order! I’ve contacted their customer service on several occasions, but they’re completely useless and you just get generic replies to your specific concerns and questions asking about the whereabouts of your delivery. I’ve received a dao tracking number yet it’s invalid and their customer service is referring to PostNord?! It’s a joke to put it mildly!
It goes without saying that this scam enterprise will deduct money from your account straight away yet when I’ve asked for a full refund since they haven’t lived up to their promises as a business they don’t even address that and ignore it entirely! I’ll contact both my bank to help me get a full refund and the police to make them aware of these thieves!!! If you’re in the same situation then I’ll urge you to do the same so we can put a stop to more people having to deal with this shady “business”.
