Despite ordering and paying in full at the beginning of November I have still not received the 2 items that I ordered. Contact customer services twice not by email and have received no response or the items I ordered! Very poor service. I would like an update or a full refund!

Order never arrived
**UPDATE**
Not a scam, after days of very poor communication with customer service it has arrived. Hopefully the products will be worth all the stress this caused.
I have placed my order about a week ago and still haven't received it, furthermore, according to royal mail tracking number they have neither received the package. I have written a few emails enquiring about my order and attempted to call the company but received no response whatsoever. I am starting to doubt it's not a scam.

Fantastic products
Fantastic products. I have been using Eternal patches for quite some time now and they visibly reduce my fine lines, so much so that I actually cancelled my Botox appointment this month. Really recommend this product for a mature skin.
I have also bought their Flawless patches for my teenage son to combat acne and he is loving it.
Really good products. Totally recommend it.

I feel really duped by this company
I feel really duped by this company. £140 purchase only to find the 8 eye patches weren’t 8 sets… 4 sets. Not clear and not cool, wouldn’t have purchased.
The eye patch is also very underwhelming and I will be looking into the 60 day money back guarantee.

Delivery of product was efficient. I was expecting for the price of £30 to receive more than 2 mouth strips & 1 forhead strip in the pack. Kept them on overnight and when I removed them in the morning, the skin around my mouth area was dry and flaky. Won't be purchasing again I'm afraid.

Patches stuck well felt good and…
Patches stuck well felt good and comfortable stayed in place. Skin look plumped up and hydrated the next morning loved the effect. Would wear them every night if I could afford to. Did think they were reusable but not only down side but effects so far have lasted a few days so I guess I will use them now and again.

I followed all instructions an removed patches in morning I did notice a difference straight away an was amazed at results but then within the hour the results were gone an there was no change of fine line disappearing at all

You must have Flawless patches in your beauty bag
I’ve been using Luna Microcare products for two months, and I can say confidently that it’s now one of my favorite brands. I tried the variations of products including Flawless and Eternal that worked so great on my skin.
I’m particularly impressed by Flawless acne patches. Once a month I break on the chin, and these patches have been a lifesaver. Especially if I know that I have an important event the next day, I just use the patch over night. It works equally great leaving the patch for a couple of hours or overnight.
I recommend this brand to everyone who wants to have a salon experience care at home.

Total game changer, I tried the Revive anti-aging Non-surgical Solution for Deep Forehead Lines & Smile Wrinkles.
I've never tried a product like it before and was curious, I could see visible results after the first time I used it ! A definite improvement in my fine lines and wrinkles. My skin felt plumper. Very happy with the results.
