I had a lot of trouble even getting the jacket I ordered in September for breast cancer support and had I even suspected it was a scam and not a nz company I would never have ordered. The site comes across so well! I say BEWARE, it IS a SCAM, instead of the goods as seen in the photos what arrived was a shoddily made thin material printed version of the embossed patchwork jacket that was supposed to arrive. I will never wear it it is so horrid. I have approached my bank to see if they can help me. ALL I CAN SAY IS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY,

This New Zealand based company claims to support Breast Cancer Aotearoa by selling their "pink collection" on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Items are shipped directly from China and are of extremely low quality. They offer a "love it or your money back guarantee" but what they don't tell you is that you are required to ship items (at your own, non-refundable expense, back to their "overseas warehouse" based in... you guessed it... China. Items are extremely expensive to return, and it is often not worth it. They stress that returns are at customers expense and own risk, so no doubt your return will not arrive, and you will not get a refund.
This company is in breach of the NZ Consumer Guarantee and Fari Trading Acts by deceiving customers by claiming to be supporting Breast Cancer, not having an NZ based address for returns, and not covering returns for items supplied that differ from their description and photographs.
Reviews and images on their website from "real women" are false, and actual reviews from customers that have purchased can be found on the Shop app.
This is an absolute scam from the lowest scum of society who prey on customers that want to support a worthy New Zealand cause.

Terrible and a rip off. Bought the breast cancer love heart sweatshirt. Cheap material, poor quality and the love heart is printed on. Completely misrepresented and ripped off. DO NOT BUY. Pitched as a New Zealand company. Completely Chinese. If there was zero rating that would be it.

This company is a scam, ordered on the 21st September, now 15th October, no customer help, or replying anymore,have lost money now, how low too use breast cancer as a scam, Be Aware!!!!

These people are not from NZ - they are a Chinese-based company. The garment I purchased was three sizes smaller than their Size Guide quotes; the material is thin and crappy. They don't respond to emails, and dealing with them was a disappointment overall.

Do not buy from Lunaraco.co.nz it is a scam. I brought a hoodie with breast cancer pink ribbon and heart on it, it looked great on the website down from $136 to $74.90. My hoodie arrived and it was not the one from there website. I emailed them to say you can supply me with a return ticket to ship it back and I want 100% refund. I kept getting replies to my email to send back to China. Under the NZ Consumers Act I do not have to pay to send it back, there emails are AI generated. I have now lodged it with my bank to reverse the change. If you can not see a Google review related to this website or any other website, just BEAWARE.

Do not buy from this company - scam and do not exist.
It's the lunaraco.co that gets you as there is such a thing as a Lunara NZ company but these guys have the extra co in their email address. Their sight looks very convincing.
I ordered a cancer hoodie end of last month but tracking number doesn't work and no sign of product/getting refund.

Buyer beware: This company uses a .co.nz web address but is not based in New Zealand. I placed an order on September 26, only to be told a week later (October 2) that the item was out of stock. They refused to process or ship it until at least mid-October, offering no guarantee it would even arrive. When I requested a cancellation due to the extreme delay, they flatly refused, stating they do not accept cancellations. To make matters worse, they immediately tried to upsell me by offering a discount on a future purchase. Avoid this company—their customer service is unhelpful and their stock listings are misleading.
