Do not buy from this company!!

I ordered a chandelier at the end of last year, and what arrived looked nothing like the photos — it was essentially a cheap imitation. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. The website listed a Suffolk address, which made it seem trustworthy, but it turns out the operation is actually based in China and the whole thing feels like a scam.

Their site promises “100% customer satisfaction” and states that return postage is covered if an item is faulty or not as described. They even admitted that the product I received was both misrepresented and partially faulty. Yet after around ten emails back and forth, this was their final response:

“We genuinely cannot provide a prepaid return label. This isn't a matter of unwillingness, it's an operational limitation we have. We don't have the infrastructure to generate prepaid international return labels.”

In other words, they refuse to honour their own return policy.
Total scam — do not buy from them.

Scam site, have been waiting for almost 2 months and the lights have not arrived yet. All shipped from China. Sofia replies with vague 'your lights will arrive'

I ordered 2 wall lights in Aug which were lost by the courier.
I was told that i needed to contact the sender as their contract was with them not me. Unable to do so as the email and telephone number on their website does not exist. I didn't realise this company is based in China not London! Lesson learned!!
