The store is nice, I made a purchase but I didn’t receive an email with my order number, and I find that somewhat negative.

Easy to navigate and pirchase

I would've preferred giving no stars. An absolutely terrible company and their products are garbage. Extremely cheap, synthetic material and I am battling with their customer service team to return them. So frustrating...

This website is a scam . Do not fall for it it is AI generated and is very low quality. You can’t even call them only email. They shouldn’t be shut down. I ordered a dress and received a poor quality dress that is missing like half the fabric to be a size medium. No help to get a full refund they are trying to do store credit. Do not order from here

Communication with Lunarpara is non-existent . The Quality was awful. The clothes finally arrived after a few weeks and they were not at all the quality shown on the website. They were cheap and printed, not stitched as shown. They were so poorly done, it was so disappointing. They sent a one that was the same color, but obviously the wrong shirt. Absolutely no response when asking for return information. Just so disappointing. What a waste of money.

This company is a scam. Never even received a confirmation email or zero communication. Unable to get in contact with anyone from this company. Do not buy from here!!!

Placed and order for these items For CowBoy Carter tour and was so excited about the photos that they represented on the website not only is it completely fake. You will receive items that look nothing like the pictures they have posted. If you try to contact the customer service, they will not reach back I have sent them more than 12 emails tried to contact them through their customer service. All of my emails have gone on replied, and I am getting ready to file a formal complaint with my credit card company as well. Do not waste your money. You will not receive items that look anything like you see on the website.

I wish I would've investigated first. I typically wouldn't make a purchase with an unidentifiable company. I knew something was wrong when I didn't receive an order confirmation. I have alerted my bank of the scam. Hoping my money is returned. 🙄

I feel like an idiot — I should have seen through this but I liked the images so much, I ignored that there were no reviews. I bought THREE dresses for a concert. They’re horrible…

As many others here I also got scammed by this company. Didn’t receive a confirmation email like the rest and have now started a process with my bank so I can get my money back.
They wanted of course proof from me in form of email confirmation of order and to see that I myself have tried to reach out for them to cancel my order. Of course I couldn’t provide them with that since I didn’t receive one. And the company has also made it impossible to reach them via the website since the code you have to type in at the end (to show you’re not a robot) - doesn’t work. I hate to even give them one ⭐️ I wish I could choose none. But I had to choose something. Please look elsewhere for dresses and clothing 🫶🏼 ps. Found out that there was en email adress for them, which is: info @ lunarpara . com - unfortunately that email is not found and can therefore not be received of the company.

Wish I looked this up on here before buying. Everything everyone is saying is correct. Didn't receive confirmation email, then PayPal showed it was from china, sent email asking about order, no response. Received items which are very bad quality, as another mentioned it is clearly fake images on the website. Not only that, they sent some completely wrong items. No evidence to prove I didn't buy it because of no confirmation invoice. Contacted via site, no response. SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The clothing I purchased is nothing like the photos on the site. It is very poor quality, cheap material. SHEIN and temu has better quality. This is the worst purchase I have ever made. Do not buy from this fake site. They have to use stock photos.

Don’t buy from them. I never received confirmation of what I ordered. That was a red flag right away so I disputed the charge on my card and got my money back. Thankfully! It’s a scam

Do not buy from this website!! The quality is terrible. You can't reach them to start a return process. Total waste of money! Because there is no way to get your $ back, the clothes are going in the garbage. That is how bad they are!!

I too, purchased an outfit for the Beyoncé concert (which is what they’re literally marketing for) definitely a scam. I am so upset. I’ve sent emails with no response, my order just says awaiting shipping. I didn’t receive any confirmation emails after my purchase, or the extra discount code that was supposedly sent to my email. I know better than this, it was last minute and I was just excited. SMH! There is no phone number for contact, and after coming to my senses I started to notice many other red flags on their website. 🚩

I have purchased an item of clothing a month ago. I have not received confirmation emails or any response to the three emails I have sent chasing my order. Their online contact form also doesn’t work. Complete scam.

Per research via Lunarpara is a scam website to collect personal/payment info and if you do receive any product it is not what is marketed on the website or a poor replica. I wanted to get a cute romper from here for a concert but since there are no reviews or solid customer comments I’m going to say it’s a scam. There are also other websites with the same model, clothes, photos just with a different name…ugh.
