I found Luna Statics on line when I needed to sell my caravan. It wasn’t easy to choose an agent from all the choices available, but I liked the video Steve had posted, it felt honest. I am so glad I chose Steve. He was always upbeat and with enormous patience, guided me through the sale process, working really hard to get around some unexpected obstacles. I felt Steve always had my back, progress chasing my sale, even from his honeymoon. If you are thinking about selling your van and you aren’t sure who you can trust, I recommend that you can trust Steve, he’s a gem.

We had no problems with Luna from start to finish. After speaking to Maxine initially, Steve and Claire came to our caravan to take photos etc and next day we had an offer - which we accepted. A deposit was in our account the same day.

I initially dealt with Maxine who was very professional and helpful and we received a deposit from Luna within 24 hours of agreeing a very fair price for our caravan. I was also given advice how to proceed with the site with regards to disconnection fees etc. Once that was arranged Steve and his team took over any further communications with the site.
In my view Steve and Luna Statics are very good and a reliable outfit to deal with.

My parents owned a static caravan and after my Dad sadly passed away, my Mum wasn’t getting much use of the van so she wanted to sell it. After searching via google, I came across Luna Statics and submitted photos and a description of the caravan. Steve from Luna contacted me and explained the process thoroughly. I have zero experience of buying/selling caravans and his knowledge and experience was very helpful. Within a matter of weeks Steve contacted me to inform me there is a buyer and offered me a great price to purchase the van. At that point Steve promptly put a deposit in my bank account and explained that the rest of the money will be deposited to my bank account when the caravan is collected. Steve took all the pain away from me/my family having to deal with the caravan site owner (who is a very difficult and challenging man) and arranged collection with no inconvenience to us at all. The funds were paid into our account and job done! Steve is an absolute pleasure to do business with. He is kind, open, transparent, trustworthy and an expert in this business. I highly recommend Luna to anyone wishing to buy or sell a used caravan. Absolutely 10 out of 10!!

When we decided to sell our static we had quite a few options but decided to go through Luna Statics, first because Steve was so genuine and second because of his industry contacts and know-how.
