I order my wigs in early May. Did not receive them until late July. They look a hot mess and not what I order. Heck, I can make better wigs than this. No one will respond to you. There's no return address. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT"S A SCAM!!!!

I ordered two short cut wigs and they look nothing like the picture. One look like the top a poodle head and the other is like a mop, no layers for the cute style at all. This was very cheaply made product and a ripoff to consumers. Will never advise anyone to order from this company.

I ordered a wig over two months ago and I haven't received it yet. I sent numerous e-mails with no results. I would appreciate it if I could just get my money back!!!

Please do not order from Luna wig the wig i order was nothing like what i received they all to be a shame😠..never again!!!!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Buying from Luna wigs was a very disappointing experience. I was unsatisfied with the product I ordered and asked to return them for a refund. The quality was VERY, VERY POOR and it was not the color I ordered. When I tried to contact them, the mailbox would not accept my emails. I had to go through Paypal. They were unwilling to allow me to return the product which I paid $53.05. They said they would refund me $10. Take it or leave it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THIS SUPPLIER. They don't stand by their product and it's difficult to get them to respond.

Order March 2020, got order Aug 2020, what I got look like what you bury a dead person in and customer service email dont work, damn chucky's wig looked better than what these scammers sold me. Damn Thieves. DON'T BUY LUNA WIGS.

I ordered two luna wigs and they looked nothing like the pictures..one of them was falling apart the other one looked like someone burned the middle of it..there email doesn't work r the phone number..A SCAM BIG ASS SCAM..

Luna wigs is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered my wigs in April finally in June I found out they sent it to the wrong address and I have not been able to get a refund and when I emailed it would not go through. Please don't order from Luna wigs its a scam

Please do not order any wigs from this place. If you do you will not get what is pictured in the photo of that wig. It not worth the money. You will receive something totally different from the picture. Save your money. When you email them it bounces back. You can’t get in touch with no one. These are scammers.

I want to give them a 0 but cant. I ordered some wigs in May and still haven't received my order. It almost August. They don't have a direct number for customer service and now they dont even respond to my emails. I am reporting them

Luna Wigs is not a reputable company. I ordered three wigs, neither one of the wigs looked like the picture! In retrospect, the wigs looked like a dogs shedding hair!!! The wigs were very small, my granddaughter who is seven, could not fit the wig on her head! I became insolent, because I lost over sixty dollars. My order did not arrive for two months! I decided to contact “The Better Business Bureau.” To put a stop to their fraudulent business practices. Like myself, and countless others deserve not to be deceived. It is imperative that consumers are not misled in anyway by ads. Unfortunately, Luna Wigs take advantage of hardworking Americans. I tried a plethora of times trying to contact customer service. The number that was given was international. Therefore, I was unable to contact anyone to make a complaint. Consumers, please beware of this company they are scamming many people!

Luna wigs posts fake images that do not match the products they send to you. The quality is horrible, the colors are almost comical. The phone number and email address is also not accessible. Dont waste your money.

I will concur with all the reviewers here . It took so long I had forgotten I ordered it for real. I took it to my stylist because it looked nothing like the picture ok the site. So I wanted to see if it could be salvaged. She did a great job despite the fact it was synthetic, first she trying to curl it and when that didn’t work she started trimming it while on my head and it ended up decent enough. I wear it all the time just because of not going to salon because of CoVid and I get lots of compliments. I will never order from them again but I was able to make lemonade from 🍋 this time . But I do agree with every one else no instructions, no hair net, no bands nothing but the hair in a plastic bag. I know order from Luv Me wigs. More expensive of course but worth every penny. Moral of the story.... You get what you pay for 🤷🏾‍♀️

Buyers Beware of this company
I purchased 2 unit's. On sale they were beautiful. I asked for one golden the other Brown in color, I waited 6 weeks they arrived today by Postal service. There was not a label in the wigs, no combs , no care labels
and they look horrible plus both was
Light blonde. So please beware of this company. Think twice ! I would like to return them for my money.

Please don't buy from Luna. They are liers and scammer. Stay away from this company. Hell No To The No No No.......Not. You are best to throw your money in the garbage. Luna ain't about sh¡+.

This is a fraudulent company don't!!! Let the looks fool you. You will not be satisfied at all!!!!! Please keep your money this "company" is not a liget "company" buyers beware!!!!!!.

DO NOT....and I mean do not ever order from this place. Emails come back undeliverable and the only phone number they have is in China. I have filed a claim against this company. What I received does not touch what I ordered. The wig doesn't even fit....it feels like straw, has no style and the color looks like someone's vomit. It is one of the most ugliest things I've ever seen in a wig. They need to give everyone their money back and pay us for subjecting us to their disgusting products

These were the worst wigs I have ever gotten , you live and learn and I know to never but from luna wigs , they look nothing like the pictures , seems to me they just threw anything in the bag . Horrible just horrible , I just threw them away

It's sad when you scam an elderly with cancer and all they wanted was wigs. Apparently Luna Wigs Scammers are use to taking advantage of folks along with taking their Money. Whether you are a young or old scammer, you will reap what you sowed keep living. SCAM SCAM!!!
