The ability to sleep through the night has been amazing, I noticed that difference pretty quickly. Now I have been taking Lunera for 3 months I feel my brain fog has lifted, I have more control over my appetite and the stubborn weight is starting to shift. I just feel more 'level" minded if that makes sense! No longer scatty or stressed!

Fast delivery. Whilst it hasn't helped me lose weight, it has helped some of the other symptoms on menopause.

I wanted to write an honest fact based review for this product as I know there are so many women out there looking for a ‘quick fix’ as I was.
I purchased my first 3 months supply of Lunera supplements beginning of November last year and stopped taking all my other supplements and vitamins. I took them everyday as recommended for the full 3 months and kept a log of how I was feeling. At first I noticed that I seemed more alert in the mornings and after the first months supply I started to think that my night sweats were improving although not gone all together, they seemed less frequent. But it was winter time and I thought maybe it’s just because it’s colder and I’m taking more notice than usual. I also seemed to be less ‘achy’ but again I thought it’s winter and I’m less active than in the summer, although in the new year I redecorated my stairs and hallway, and sure I had aches and pains by the end of the day, but next morning I was ready to go again.

I decided not to renew my subscription after they finished the 2nd lot in April so that I could judge if I felt any different at all. By the middle of May I realised I was feeling worse, morning sluggishness had returned, the night sweats returned full on and I started to ache everywhere again.

I reordered my 3 month supply from Lunera and as soon as they arrived I started the dose again. Now it’s summer, super hot and I am active in the garden, at work and out and about again. I noticed after the first week, the night sweats faded to the odd one or 2 in the night rather than all night long, and even in this heatwave, they are still less than before. I feel ready to go every morning again and my aches and pains seem less again.

Now don’t get me wrong - Lunera is not a miracle cure for the menopause ladies - but I believe now that they truly help to make it more manageable, less fatigue, less sweats, less aches and pains.

I hope you find something that works for you, I recommend giving Lunera a trial as I did and see if it helps you feel a little better. I am now signed up fully for repeating supplies for as long as I need them.

Made no difference at all. When querying if they were supposed to target my stage of menopause, they replied with a generic irrelevant message. I queried this message and they replied with the same message. I duly completed my 180 days of pills and asked for my money back but apparently I don't qualify because I didn't cancel after 90 days. How can you keep trying for 180 days if I should have cancelled after the first 3 months? Total misleading advertising.

my 2nd batch order number was #19455. Hopefully you will be able to trace all the emails relating to the first batch where I confirmed that it wasn't working as I expected and also 2nd batch where I was told to keep persevering plus the emails re the guarantee.

I feel it has helped. I am on HRT but maybe it psychological but I am about to try another 90 days

Started taking this at the beginning of the year and I really wanted it to work. Originally ordered 3 months. Did not notice any improvement but decided to give it a try for another 3 months especially as they advertise a 180 day guarantee. What I didn't realise was that when I ordered the 2nd 3 months supply I was signed up for a subscription and whilst I was away last week I was sent another 3 months supply which they won't take back even though I haven't opened the package. So I can't get any money back plus I don't feel any better and some of my symptoms are actually worse. Not impressed. Don't waste your money they are just taking advantage of people's desperation.

Fast delivery . Been taking it for 2 weeks i feel alot calmer in myself I still get bloating until I take the tablets then it goes for a little while but back by lunch time

A follow up to my previous review…
I have now received an email from Customer Service confirming my return, apologising for the delayed response and I have now received my refund.

Taking for 6 months, I feel much calmer and sleeping better.

Really pleased with Lunera's communication and customer support. My delivery problem was sorted immediately. I haven't been taking Lunera long enough to notice any changes so will certainly be buying more.

This is my second lots of pills. Arrived really quickly and all packaging can be recycled.

Tried to cancel this as did not work for me n keep taking my money despite numerous emails with no reply! I want my money back please. I WANT TO CANCEL!! I can’t find any other way to cancel and literally get ignored! Total scammers

I have been on Lunera for around a year (after trying HRT which didn’t work for me) so finding Lunera was a life saver!!!
However I went without Lunera for two weeks to try something else which was cheaper and my mood swings, bloating rocketed back to how I was before so I have gone back on Lunera and will not stop taking these now.
I still get the occasional night sweats but everything else has stabilised since being on these miracle tablets.
I highly recommend to anyone going through perimenopause/ menopause as it’s been a game changer (even my husband noticed the difference in me and no longer snapping or having road rage’s or emotional breakdowns)

Started taking about two weeks ago am starting to feel better in my self but still a bit early to tell full effect but so far so good
