When first starting this product I was very sceptical as the price was so reasonable compared to other weight loss brands like Moumjaro etc but I decided to give it a go and at first I found I was putting weight on but then with help from the Lunera team and perseverance I am now enjoying the benefits of not only weight loss but better sleep to which was really affecting my mental health. This is an honest review and again I was very sceptical but the team are great and supportive.

Arrived quite quickly. Still early days but feel a difference in energy levels and mental clarity.

1 week in and feeling less bloated

Only been taking them for nearly 2 weeks but already notice a difference in my eating habits. I have curbed my snacking/sugar intake and definitely feel less hungry. I do feel like I have more energy too.

Have only been taking for three weeks, so not long enough to know for sure, but I'm definitely sleeping better and have more energy. I'm actually Post Menopause, but still thought I'd give it a go. Will probably keep the subscription going.

I have to say, unfortunately, this didn't work for me. I'm 65 years old. I tried it because I need to lose weight, but I didn't lose a single gram.

Hard to specify what difference they've made but I kind of feel like they've helped so I'll be ordering again!

I'm in my fifties and I was looking around in the market for supplements to battle my menopause symptoms. Came across Lunera Hormone Balance. Price was very reasonable and I'm so glad I decided to give it a go. Couldn't recommend more both company and the product. Feeling less bloated,more energetic and getting better night sleep. Less cravings just as well. Definitely going to get another 3 months supply.

Whilst the product did nothing for me, and I would gave 2 stars, the customer services responded immediately to the review and refunded. So the overall would be a 4*.

I purchased these as I have always struggled with my weight but the online companies that do the ozempic and silimar types say Im not big enough to qualify. Even though for 40 years I have struggled and hated my body. So tried this as all the reviews say how successful people have been.
I have been taking these for about 8 weeks, my appetite has not suppressed at all. In those 8 weeks I have put on 2.5kg. I feel more prone to want sweet things (takeaways are usually my baddy). I feel hungry from when I get up and start eating. I used to over eat at every meal and eat bad things or so much of the more healthier stuff then calories piled on. Since this, I have had sweet cravings which of course are more calorific and just eat.
The only thing these seemed to have improved slightly, is my fuzzy memory.

Customer service is excellent, delivery expectations met. I have been taking the supplement since July and it has dealt with bloating, sensitive tummy and hot flushes. Energy levels are back, and I am sleeping better.

I want to start by saying that unfortunately this didn't work for me. Like everything in life, what works for one, doesn't always work for the other. This company and product has helped many women to find there way back to being the person they knew and thought had lost forever.

While this didn't do that for me, I cannot fault the support I have received from Chris. We have sent numerous messages to each other and I have felt how much he really wanted my journey to be as successful as many others but for me it just wasn't meant to be.
I would still 100% recommend giving them a try and you have nothing to lose but so much to gain.

Lunera is working well on balancing hormones and just giving me a sense of calm after the chaos of hormones for the past 6 months.. I think my weight is gradually reducing too!

Amazing customer service due to a problem with Evri delivery, I have been taking the tablets for 2 week and there is a notable difference. I sleeping all night and haven’t had any hot flushes/flashes

These tablets are the miracle I was looking for. I have only been on them for 1 week but have already had wonderful results. The first thing I noticed was no food cravings i.e sugar, carbs. Ive lost 3lb in weight this week without even trying. The next was my sleep has improved considerably, I have slept through the night with no hot flushes waking me up for the first time in years. My mood and energy levels have improved and my joints feel a lot less stiff.
I know these won't be suitable for everyone but for me they have been amazing, I would urge anyone to give them a try. Finally the customer service is excellent and responds to queries very promptly.

I had an issue with my order and I had the best customer service, especially from Kyle. He understood my needs and went the extra mile to achieve them. He was there updating me and made sure my items got delivered no matter what.
This place I will definitely recommend to anyone. Their customer service is very helpful and great.

First class service. My first order went astray and they quickly dispatched a replacement with no quibbles at all.
Still early days to comment on tablets but I have my fingers crossed it helps
