Excellent. Despite a busy shop there are plenty of staff, a wide choice of glasses, an eye test included and a quick delivery of glasses. If, however, you want highly over priced branded frames this shop is not for you. Wassim and colleagues served us with care and patience. Two frames with excellent progressive & transition lenses without any payment if you have a carte vitale and a reasonable mutuel. The total bill half that of other opticians. Thank you

the worst customer service. i cant believe the government has allowed this kind of business( not even a legit one but a scam) to still operate. i will never come back and buy anything from them

I had a wonderful experience buying new glasses in the store in the Créteil Soleil mall in Paris. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and took great care of us.

Very very Friendly staff but a little chaotic and unorganized . Maybe was just as store was busy . Great product at very good price

It was excellent and really easy the whole process. Really nice people also and really fast

The prescription did not work at first, but they were very nice about fixing it. It was just a confusion about bifocal or single lens but everything is good now.

Unsatisfactory eyeglasses
Prompt efficient service, however, the glasses are not bad. I had a prescription from an ophthalmologist for the reading glasses. My left eye has a lesser vision. The glasses I got are not custom made according to the prescription. They are exactly like store bought.
